Theres nothing in the lower part. There are some businesses like Ace Hardware, a furniture store, grocery store, a cellular phone store, nothing outstanding. There was a senior center on the lower floor last time I was there--unsure if it is still there. Even though its practically empty, the place looks maintained and clean.

At one time I would have told you great place for convenience 4 things you need in that neighborhood. But I wouldnt call it a mall anymore. Its more like a bunch of businesses lined up next to each other. Poor decision on their part. Taking out the DOT to get your license. Was one of the worst moves they ever made

Having gone to Dubai during the Dubai Sale Festival, it would be a waste not to make the most out of it. Ive gone to several malls in Dubai then, including the more famous Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall, Al Ghurair Mall, but I only did my shopping at Deira City Centre. True they did not

Hey. Its still here.Cmon Eastsiders lets keep our stores. I grew up on the ParkFair Mall Kennys Shoes Etc . This use to be a banging mall and for what it is now lets keep it going and quit being haiters. Its dirty the parking bla bla bla stop complaing and appreciate its still there.

The Ace Hardware store employee wasnt friendly nor helpful. Found what I was looking for. Thank goodness for the signs on the end of the aisles, even though it would be nice if the signs were on both ends of the aisles. I wont be returning to this store.
