The WORTH SERVICE here in US. If you print the copies on your home printer it costs you almost nothing, so when you print it somewhere else, how much you will expect it will cost? Well… maybe $20? At Office Depot it costs me over $230.00. There were a few color pages, and a few with just colored title. The first, they charged me for all pages for color print price. Then they readjusted price, but it still cost me $113. Of course, they are not taking their product back and not returning you money. My mistake was, I did not ask for price. When all that scam happened, manager replied me, “Prices here on the wall! Sweet …. I OK to pay for my mistake, but just if I will pay for ink and paper. But for their service they have to pay me.

This is one of the worst Office Depot places and there are thefts that happen here. I left a package worth $60 on Feb 14th. The tracking of the package returns nothing. It has gone missing and the store has been very unhelpful and unwilling to take their responsibilities. Right now their tone has even gone very rude. They do not even have video camera recording. I will be filing a grievance with a local court but perhaps it will be a lost cause because nothing can be proved. However, I am cautioning others so that you are aware what might happen at this store. Pathetic customer service. They do not even make an effort to resolve issues.

I use this store all the time for my business and personal copies/supplies. Theyve helped me out when I was trying to throw together a personally drawn calendar as Christmas gifts - last minute, which I so appreciate. I love being able to email over files and have them call me when theyre ready. They have once misprinted my brochures, but they reprinted them correctly, didnt charge, and even gave me a couple of extra in apology. The employees are generally friendly and quick to help me find things. The other review is right in that asking for a quote (and a proof) before ordering is important as it is at any copy business. =)

I went here for the first time, Im the only customer in the building and there are 7 employees walking around. lol I am pretty sure it would take hell to actually come into existence and than freeze over for someone to help me out here. Most of them were very rude, except one guy there, he was very nice and I wish I knew his name to place here. He wanted to help me out, but he didnt know anything about hardware so that was the end of that. I left and went to media center. It was early in the morning so I am sure I could chalk it up to that.But seriously the people behind the counter are so rude.

Ive always remembered Office Depot as being a strong competitor in its field. We were there on any average day or time. There were only about 3 employees in the huge store. We caught up with the Manager, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable! There was nothing bad or great, except the 1 Manager, about the store. Overall, it is an okay store.

I called to get their email address to send things to be printed- I was met with an extremely mumbled response saying they couldnt get the work done in time (24hours later) and that I should take my order somewhere else. Ive never been turned away like this before. The next Office Depot I tried had my order done in an hour.

Great experience with returning a broken tablet. The guy who assisted me was extremely helpful and set things up in such a way that I could walk out the door with a new tablet and could arrange everything else from home (so they processed the reimbursement internally) because I was about to move. Great service.

Ive been printing off marketing materials- specifically 24x36 and 11x17 posters - at the Minnetonka Office Depot for nearly five years. Their staff is incredibly friendly, warm and inviting. I know Im in good hands whenever I stop into this location.
