First & for most Im only posting this because my husband & I have been personally disrespected by an assistant manager that works at this location (Mary) . My husband and I bought a 55 inch flat screen for Black Friday & couldnt take it home the same night 1) because our car was packed with things we bought during the sale & 2)our car isnt big enough. The night of I made sure to ask the cashier clerk before leaving if it was okay to return the next day with a bigger car to fit the tv in, she made sure to point out YES but pick up was only meant for the location I bought the tv which is clearly this location, no time frame was given to us & the clerk was helpful. At the time of checkout the cashier needed help figuring out how to scan the bar code off the paper so she called another store employee help her out which he did. Now last night when my husband went back to pick up the tv with his friend who had the bigger car he spoke with (Mary) she talked to him as if he was a thief, questioning him in a disrespectful manner & making sure she spoke out loud so other customers heard. She told him "How do I know you didnt come get it already" basically it ended with him being told your tvs gone & I cant help you & to call a store manager on Monday. He came home & told me what happened. Naturally as his wife I was upset, the fact that Im pregnant didnt help . I took the receipt & drove back to this Walmart alone, went straight to customer service & thankfully I saw Shawn there the employee that helped the cashier clerk when we were buying our tv. I explained what happened & he took me to the back of the building where the pickup was, there we met up with another employee who assisted me farther. Thats when miss Mary came around, I just happened to be on the phone with my husband at the time & when she approached us I wasnt aware she was the person who spoke with my husband until she said "OH I just dealt with a person asking the same question, that mustve been your husband." Her whole demeanor was unapologetic thats when I let her know her approach was wrong & the fact that as a store assistant manager she couldnt help my husband & instead took it upon herself to assume my husband couldnt possibly be telling the truth about the purchase when the receipt was obviously in front of her was disrespectful. She tried to come at me the same way she came at my husband, i told her the truth & she shut my conversation down & walked off, thats when I asked for her name to make sure I report her. People like her shouldnt be working out on the main floors claiming to be helping customers, she knows nothing about customer service & her attitude & disrespect for me & my husband was uncalled for. The other two gentlemen who arent even ASSISANT MANAGERS not only were apologetic about the whole situation but they sent me home knowing I was helped like anyone should feel leaving a store. My husband & I spent over $500 at this Walmart the night prior so for her to question a RECIEPT is outrageous! idk why someone like Mary is in a position shes in when there are actual employees who are deserving of this position. Not only were they polite & understanding but they were respectful & helpful above & beyond. Anyone who spends money in a store would be frustrated when youre told what you paid for is gone. My husband was polite to her & after meeting her myself and seeing what kind of person she is first hand she didnt deserve his politeness. I hope Walmart takes this into count because like I said , shes not who you want representing your store. Good day happy holidays folks!

Poorly trained staff. Had purchased fruit by the pound and went through the check-out lane. The cashier could not figure out how to work the scale. She looked around in dismay looking for someone to help her and no one came to her aid. She told me 2-3 times, that she couldnt scan the fruit because the scale wasnt working. She asked me if I still wanted to buy it because she couldnt work the cash register and was hoping I would spare her having to weigh it and not have to scan it. YES! I still wanted the fruit. She looked around again looking for someone to save her. After 3-4 attempts, she finally got the right buttons pressed and the fruit weighed. Was really surprised that I was asked to not buy the product because she didnt know what she was doing. There was no problem with the cash register, she just had no clue what was going on. Train your employees!

From the workers to the people who shop there, this place is AWFUL. Expect to wait in checkout lines that snake all over the place. Expect NOT to find anyone to help you find anything, and if you do find somebody, pray that they even know the layout of the store. I have visibly seen employees sneak around corners to avoid customers. I have visibly seen employees openly chat in main aisles of the store while laughing about customers. Whenever I call the store to ask about something, I get a response filled with so much disdain whoever is on the other end could play mimi in the Broadway rendition of the Drew Carey show. Im so sorry I asked to speak with your "electronics" department. I will gladly take my money elsewhere (Target, Byerlys, etc, especially not to be associated with the trash that is Walmart and everything it comes with.

I love my Super Walmart...It is close to my house, they always have what I need..I can go in and out with the self check out....The quality of the mens fruit of the loom shirts are wonderful....they have Hanes for women and they are very nice also.....Ladies Swimming suits are great last long in lakes where as in pools they always have a shorter life span on any swim suit....I get my womens underwear there and it is just as good as any where else....Their generic brand on allergy items are as good as the name brand....If I am behind for dinner I pick up some dinner at the deli and is always good....If I need a watch I pick up a Timex or a standard basic $9.00 watch that does the trick ......I really like my Maple Grove Walmart.....they have very nice door greeters....Shelley....

They still allow big trucks to park overnight, which is awesome. I first stopped here a few months ago after hitting a deer. I went to automotive and bought straps to temporarily hold up the heavy chrome bumper that the deer had busted. After buying the straps, I realized I had no idea how to use them. They do not come with instructions. I went back into the store, and a guy from sporting goods showed me how to thread the straps so the ratchets would work...perfect! I made my delivery in Las Vegas before I ever had time to get the bumper properly re-attached, and the straps worked like a charm. Oh, and they have a great selection of PS4 games, and the kid who works in electronics is very knowledgeable about the games. All around 5 star walmart! :)
