Consistently higher prices than local competitors for below average NAPA brand parts. I have had poor luck with them even for smaller / generic items. Sometimes in auto repair, you need to match something up with their product or you need something that is not in the computer, I have found they are less than helpful in that situation.

Good selection of parts, if your goto auto parts store doesnt have what you need these guys will. The bad, If youre returning a product or a core and you used your debit/credit card be prepared to wait, could be several days before you see the credit to your account, where other places are over-night or even same day!

Why do I go to a local business when I walk in the door and am immediately intimidated by someone hollering helllo.... Leave me the hell alone for a minute. Nice staff and they always have the parts I need. Theyre also very knowledgeable when it comes to questions. I get a bit of sticker shock when paying though. Perhaps the new local competition will force more competitive prices.

Ive always had great service with Nabpco. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Since I dont shop anywhere else I cant compare prices or quality, but Ive never had a problem with anything Ive purchased from them.
