Absolutely horrible service!!!! My husband had spoken with one employee who was extremely helpful. He had purchased some spark plugs for his car that were not working. He asked if he could return them and get different ones. This gentleman said of course and that he would give me a discount on the new ones since the first ones didnt work. I ordered the new ones. When I went back the next day to return the bad ones and pick up the new ones, the gentleman I had been working with was off. The guy that helped me was extremely rude and didnt want to help me. He told me he couldnt find my order if I didnt have the receipt, even though I had the card that I used to pay as well as the loyalty card. I stood there and waited and miraculously, since I didnt walk away, he was able to find it! The manager claimed she had no idea who I was, but then proceeded to tell this guy which register I always pay at!!!! He refunded me the money and sold me the new ones for twice the price I was quoted. I explained that the gentleman that I had been working with told me that they would be about $20 but then was charged $40 and told that was the price if I wanted them. I will NEVER shop here again!!!!

Great place for parts at great prices. People are pretty chill and always willing to help. As a former employee of the company I know how their return system works. If you lose the receipt you just have to wait for them to look it up, this can be time consuming since they have to look at individual registers and days to find it. Always be prepared.
