I liked the fact that after the diagnosis of the vehicle, Miller Brothers worked reasonably with me on a solution to the repair. The customer is always in the loop as far as all the parts and repairs done on the vehicle. Miller Brothers doesnt just replace the parts, they expalin the reasoning behind it. Also, the loaner car program is great for people with busy schedules. That is a big reason why I like doing business with them. Lastly, the most important reason I like Miller Borthers is the fact that I can trust their work. Ive been taken advantage of several times through the years from several different shops that have withheld information from me regarding the repair. It has cost me a small fortune getting pushed around in the process. Miller brothers give me the satisfaction that I can trust their work, AND their word. They are HONEST people to work with.

Very thorough and honest service. I was shocked at the cost of the assessment compared to other service centers I have used. In the past, Ive paid twice the cost for an inspection and in the past the shops would only inspect the "section" I was having problems with. Millers gave me a bumper to bumper inspection for half the cost and applied it toward my final cost. Timely repair and full explanation of work done. No hidden charges or costs. They also treated me with the utmost respect. The customer service was amazing from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted with "Hello". The small things matter! We will definitely be back.

They exchanged my car for the use of a sporty loaner car and the service was performed quickly and at a competitive price. Just had my oil changed, but the first of what I expect to be many service visits. Last oil change my dealer forgot to reset the Change Oil alert and I had to look at that for 4000 miles. Miller Bros took care of that problem too.
