Avoid if possible. This place has very slow service. Its obnoxiously loud and its always full. Everyone is packed in there like sardines. This location is dirty and the furniture needs to be replaced because the tables and chairs are wobbly. The baristas are extremely rude. Especially the brunette with the short chopped hair and the septum nose ring. I dont know her name because shes the only one without a name tag. This is most likely on purpose... She always looks like shes angry at the world and hates her job. Dont take it out on your customers because you hate your life. Her and her blonde minions were the last straw for me.

All of the staff members are very personable. John (and Patti) in the morning are awesome. Theyre straight up swag and remember my drink every time. The people in the afternoon remember my drink as well like it aint no thang. I work a few blocks away, so I visit often. They are all great. No complaints. Mr. Schultz, Please give them all a raise. Its just straight up swag if were going to be frank about this. Come at me with your grievances.

The baristas were irritated and unpleasant every time I visited this location. I stopped going after a few bad experiences. I was so insulted after the last visit that I actually wrote the company to complain. Dont get me wrong-- I love--no, Im *addicted* to Starbucks, but I will pass on this locale EVERY time.

The staff is nice and quick to take your order but every time Ive gone its been really crowded and took them awhile to make the drinks (simply because there were so many people). Ive gone a few times to do work there but couldnt find a seat. Has a lot of outdoor seating but very limited indoor seating

baristas here are not friendly at all. why they mad they gotta make coffee? dont like your job, then leave. but customers shouldnt get a side of bitchy attitude from angry coffee makers ( brunette with pixie cut!! ). remember fartistas, you can and are replaceable by a counter top appliance.

Worst Starbucks that Ive been to... the staff are extremely rude and theyve gotten the order wrong at least 50% of the time. Its the only coffee place within walking distance of our house so we go there a couple times a week, but if you can avoid it, then do.

Perhaps the ladies employed there have changed, because the one that served me was not friendly or happy, I got the feeling she didnt want to be working there. Why pay $5 for a drink and abuse? Sorry, Ill go to Caribou.

Service is hit or miss, staff turn over high, management ? I have been there at least 100 times use my gold card and still no one knows my name. It used to be my favourite now I try to plan another location

There is free wifi but the place is noisy and so busy that its often hard to get a tiny tiny table. Try a nearby Caribou instead; theres one a ways up Winnetka and two on Park Place south of 394.

Its Starbucks food so you cant expect much but the service is pretty stellar. The ladies that work here are super nice. The guys...not so much.

Starbucks is starbucks, but this one has a great place for sitting outdoors. Nice big patio with a fountain.
