The old Caribou Coffee in this location was pretty good -- a typical Caribou with a warm atmosphere, a little noisy but not distractingly so, and seemed to be adequately staffed. The new Coffee & Bagels location feels cold, is incredibly loud to the point of being unpleasant, and feels perpetually understaffed, although the staff are reasonably well trained and clearly trying their best to keep up. If this is what the new joint parent company of Caribou and Edina thinks people want, theyre very wrong.

Very slow service its the first time I use the perk app and two things happen one is they did not want to give me the the special that was clearly displayed on the app and website and it took over seven minutes just to get a coffee, they filled it too full right up against the Rim even though I asked to have room for cream, and it overflowed on my hand. Probably wont go back and probably wont ever use the perk app again.

Great staff and this is one of the locations that has an Argo Tea bar with eight fresh brewed read in beautiful display pods and different sparkling flavors that can be added to each one. Bathrooms were nice and spacious. Lots of newspapers were all over the tea bar if thats your favourite pastime.

Moved to another location in the same building. Still has a drive through but now also has nice outdoor seating and indoor furniture has been upgraded. Combo bagel and coffee store. Has breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, juice, and tea. Longer hours too.

I cant say enough good things about this location, all of the staff is friendly they remember you by name if I had my last five dollars I would still go there just to be around that amazing staff !!! And the coffee and food is good too

Nice staff but youll wait 15 to 20 minutes at any given time of the day and they tend to mess up your orders because no one repeats them. Its also common that they mess up your perks or dont ask if you have them!

Used their catering service, and it was a great experience! They were on time, extremely friendly, everything was labeled, and they even helped me take it to my car. Would recommend and will be back again!!

Havent been to a Caribou for a while. They have stepped up their game. Friendly employees and great service at this location. Their Peppered Bacon Melt breakfast sandwich is very good. Ill be back.

Service varies from moderately slow to snails pace. Coffee is consistent and the bagels are pretty good. Dont go there between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM if you dont want to sit for 10+ minutes.

I would highly recommend the ice turtle mocha or whatever its called and a one of the sandwiches the warm ones the turkey bacon avocado is one of my favorites
