Really disappointed. The store was fine, & the dressing room attendant was very nice. The problem occurred when we came up to the cashier. My sis had a ton of stuff & had to do it in 2 different transactions due to the amount of money in her accounts at the time. So we did the first transaction. My sister was the one who bought all the items, & she is an employee of TJX so we used an employee discount. This was apparently when the manager Mia, got annoyed w/ us. She began watching us closely & making us all feel very uncomfortable & whispering to the cashier as if we were doing something wrong. She then started questioning who bought the items. We told her my sister did. She said "Oh really?" & was being very accusatory for reasons we did not understand. She then stood over us & accused us of misusing the employee discount. We were so uncomfortable we just wanted to leave the store. This store is out of our way despite shopping there for the last 10 years spending a few hundred dollars at this store each year. We will never go back to this store in Crystal. I hope Mia is happy about trying to catch us in some kind of lie. Loyal customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable and accosted. Mias bad attitude clearly trickles down. The cashier Joi was nice at first, until Mia started being rude to us, then the cashier was rude also. This store is going to die out soon. I only went to this store because it can have different things than the one closer to my house sometimes. I also like to support the Crystal area shopping center. But I would must rather go closer to my house in the nicer stores in Brooklyn Center and Maple Grove. Youd think with a store competing with nicer newer stores they would have a more friendly manager that wouldnt make long time customers never want to return.

This place sees more of my paycheck than I do. I can always find something I need for the house, cute clothes, specialty food items, things for my dog... and all for about 25-50% off retail prices.
