I was the west end returning leggings that were see through. The employee, Jeff, immediately after I told him I needed to do a return began to have an uninviting attitude. After denying the return for no reason (the leggings were brand new never worn) I watched him get an immediate attitude with the customer behind me that was also doing a return. He kept prying her and had a horrible attitude toward Her because she was simply going a return. He clearly didnt have good customer service experience. I wont be going back to this location. I ended up having to drive 20 min to another lulu lemon and they happily did an exchange for me. They even made sure they were the right size.

Helpful staff. Free tailoring. Great style. I love their Silverescent shirts, which entirely eliminate odor despite multiple wears. While paying $70 for a shirt seems expensive, it looks great, fits well, feels fantastic, and lasts a long time. I would rather have one Silverescent workout shirt than multiple other shirts.

I went on to exchange a pair of pants after I called corporate to have them exchanged. The cashier rudely argued with me about what they told me for about 10 min. She was so snide and awful I will NEVER step foot in that store again.

Store is nice, the assortment small but relevant and of good quality. However, my first purchase will be my last. A two week return time frame indicates this retailer puts their needs first.
