Shopped in your store this afternoon. I first tried to check out in the womans plus size floor with a clerk name Jan. She was nice but the customer ahead of me, I believe was a JCPenney Employee shopping with his daughter and son. When I got in line he was having her call for different employees, to wait on him because he was not getting the good deal he wanted.. Finally he decided to take his item downstairs, to find someone else to wait on him. I then went down to jewelry, found some items and went to check out and went in line to find that same guy tying up another clerk. He tells me to check out in the beauty salon. I give my items to the clerk and walked out. He was trying to buy socks, shoes and some other small items. I believe a customer should be waited on first, if you are not happy with your discount.

I was purchasing a bed when buying they had put in a date that was accepted by the shipping company in order to complete the purchase and was told the they woild contact me. It ia the date on the delivery date on my recite with out contact i had assumed that it was going as planned. Well as i sit at home after taking a day off they tell me it is still not even in the same state and should be here in another week. Also took 45 mins on hold to get a person in the department. Comtemplating canceling my order due to lack of cummuniation and purchasing else were. But without certainty will be the last time i purchase from them that requires dilivery. Lost a long time customer

I was very displeased with the staff. Went to the counter to purchase an item and was told rudely that it was not a part of the discount. She then continued to tell me that if I had read the fine print I would have known it was not eligible for the discount. I then proceeded to purchase the item at Kohls for cheaper and with more helpful staff. I will never return to this store.

This review applies to the salon. After asking for a simple high and tight mens haircut, I received a rushed haircut resulting in many missed hairs. When I asked the stylist to go over problem areas, I received a slight attitude and an incomplete fix. I will not be returning to this place!

Frustrating - looking to redeem a $10 bonus reward. Saw a lot of $9.99 tops, but can t redeem for anything even a penny less. Tried on other items made in Indonesia, but even the XL ran horribly small. I left without buying anything.

Told to wait 30 mins for a battery replacement for a watch. Waited an hour. Told to wait another hour while the only person that can service my watch assist customer after customer. Not that busy. Bad service.

Severely understaffed! I was in the store for 2 hours & I was greeted with "hi" from one associate and thats it. I found one wrap-stand with an associate at it in the entire store.
