Derrell A. in the Mens Department provided amazing customer service. He was knowledgeable and anticipated what we needed by grabbing different sizes and knew the merchandise very well. We thought we had grabbed the last pair of a particular dress pant and didnt think there were other sizes when the ones we picked didnt fit but he knew just where to find them. He also made sure the pants fit correctly and had shoes ready to see how they would look together. All of this even though the dress pants were only $30. I havent had this good of service in years. You expect high levels of service from higher end retail establishments like Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom main stores but even then at times weve been sized up and gotten sub par service. The store was very well organized too. Well be back especially to work with Derrell! The cashiers were friendly as well. Thank you!

The only reason I went to the brick and mortar Nords Rack is because I had a bad online experience. Long story short, I wont be trusting or shopping their online store anytime soon. Please be cautious if youre buying shoes from their website. On the bright side, as far as my shopping experience of the physical store goes, this place is a gem! The customer service was great. The quality of clothing seems to be on par or slightly better than Marshalls, however, I didnt find a many financial deals here than I have at Marshalls. All in all, I dont plan on going to Maple Grove very often but I may need to change that now :^)

I recently moved to the area and have now been in this store multiple times. I love the Rack, both online and in store. One associate (tough name to remember, starts with a K...) was fabulous! She explained the rewards program and set me up with the debit card. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the associates arent too friendly. Helpful yes, but seems like everyone just goes about their job. Really hit or miss if you get a smile or a hello.

Without going into too many crazy details, I had a rather unique customer service issue that they could have very easily just pawned off and said there was nothing they could do. Instead Wendy, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and do the right thing. In an age where customer service seems to be greatly declining, Nordstrom goes above and beyond for their customers. They definitely have my future business

This store totally practices exceptional customer service. I was going through the clearance rack and one of the managers (Wendy) stopped to ask if I needed assistance. I love shopping here! Im a true definition a fashionable bargain shopper and Nordstrom Rack never disappoints. From shoes to clothing, not to mention the accessories, Im pretty much guaranteed to walk out with a few great finds. I also appreciate the faster checkout option for those paying with a card.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude staff. Stood in line for ten mins while the staff did not bother to guide to the right waiting area but kept serving other customers. When I approached the desk they have the nerve to ask "were you in the line". Duh! If only you knew about customer service!
