I waited 20 mins for help. We were signing up for our wedding registration. Once we finally got help they couldnt get the tablet to work. Then they asked if we had a smart phone. (Who doesnt). They persisted us to use their web site to do the registry. We left pissed and went to target. Walked in signed up they handed us their scanner. Hour later we got it finished. Thanks to target

Upon walking in the door I was impressed with the order and cleanliness of this store. ANA is one of my favorite clothing lines and was right there at the entrance. Lots of well-organized racks and a variety of clothing. Like the JCP I used to know years ago before it changed formats and had less clothing. Dressing rooms were neat and clean. Staff was pleasant.

On the whole, this location is not bad. One can tell quickly that this JCPenneys is one of the big cash cows in their system. Every time I come here, there are a lot of customers in the store. The place stays busy. So they are located in a good place to draw many of the older folks in particular who live in the north half of Maple Grove.

I went shopping with my wife. I sat in the chair in front of her door while she tried things on. A short while later an employee said men werent allowed near the fitting rooms. There is no signage marking it a womens fitting room. The signage up is "fitting room". Needless to say my wife and I will take our business elsewhere

I had the best customer service experience ever and I also love JCPENNY . The sales associate Daniel was very helpful and polite which made it really different, because some of the sales associates I have encountered didnt take the job as serious and was not nice, as he did..thanks to him I will be back..

This location has to be the worst in the whole entire world! Service sucks...no one works here! If you do find someone, most likely, that person is not competent enough to help you anyways. Ive been here at least 3 times and every time, I walk out so disappointed in myself for choosing to go in. NO MORE!

I like JCP, especially the new pricing structure. I dont understand why some people dont like the "new" JCPenney. Are most people really that dumb where they need to have prices jacked up, and then temporarily lowered to call it a "sale" so morons think they got a good deal?

2/2115 - My wife and I went there to look at window treatments and the woman behind the counter didnt even acknowledge us. We decided to go to the Ridegedale Center location instead. The staff there was far more helpful.

Had a hair appt scheduled at the salon yesterday and my stylist was a no-show. I left after 15 minutes. I have not received a call from her or anyone at the store with an apology for this.

Very long line and the cashiers were slower than snails. The selection is really bad, the one in Coon Rapids is better. The only reason this has a star is because the cashier was nice.
