2/3/17 i found white sneakers that were just perfect for my needs when my husband I came to checkout the cashier was Bold older man who took the shoes from my saying they were there by mistake....he refused to sell them and didnt call manager for me . so so disappointed How is this possible

The store itself is great! The people are friendly and courteous... However, the entry to the parking lot is very dangerous when there is snow. Luckily I didnt have to file a claim for my car going over the curb, which is hidden in the snow (No Signs), to get to the Firestone.

By far the best Goodwill location I have experienced. Store is well organized, great variety. I was able to find about 10 pair of jeans for my daughter - which is unheard of for any second hand store we go to. The service was great - very friendly and informative.

Awful customer service. I left a mason jar with a special lid on the bookshelf. Instead of asking the customers if it belonged to us it was thrown away. The manager could not have cared less and gave me a coupon you receive when making a donation. How insulting.

This Goodwill is BETTER organized than most of them where sometimes you will go to a Goodwill and items are just THROWN on shelves by the workers and look like a disheveled mess. Take care of the items so customers dont have to scrounge around.

Its amazing how well organized this Goodwill is. Its easy to find any items you may be on the hunt for. The staff is very nice and efficient. Clean store. My only complaint is the furniture is overpriced like every other Goodwill in the area.

This is the best Goodwill location, as far as getting bargains for your dollars. Yes, its a tad busy inside, but if you bother, youll find treasures. Love this store. Shop every time I can get in there. Best Goodwill store Ive ever shopped.

They have nice items. Some items seem a bit overpriced for a good. I found a number of clothes that have never been worn with the original price tags still attached. Every Tuesday the have 75% off depending on the color of the price tag.
