My ex-wifes wallet disappeared the other day at the Chaska Target, somewhere between the check stand and her car. When she asked the employees to assist her find it, none of them could be bothered for more than 30 seconds, and said "call us later". She did - several times. I went there the next day, and asked the lost/found person, and same thing. "Its not here." after looking for less than 10 seconds and a "why are you bothering me with that" attitude. Her wallet contained a LOT of sensitive information. She called the police and filed a report - they watched the surveillance video and SAW her with the purse, up until the point it was SNATCHED by a female following her. At least we have something to go on now... no thanks to the Chaska Target employees and their complete lack of empathy and cooperation. I will never shop at that location again.

Recently had an encounter with a cashier where he was trying to point out how easy the cartwheel app was to save like 10 cents. I stated that I thought it was worthless flipping through for the products and he was getting to say your always on your phone anyway so its no different to use it. My wife Ave I felt the guy was just rude in the way he presented it. The app barely saves a dollar or two per hundred dollars we spend. Why cant it just be built into using my red card? Many of the products are not restocked very often. Target is very overrated in Minnesota and does not live up to the hype. This store is decent for a super target where you can get almost everything. The prices here are better than Cub for the most part.

This is probably my favorite Target, and I have been to a lot of Targets. Its my preferred Super Target over Minnetonka because of the wide layout, which makes it easy to pass other carts down the same aisle. Its also more organized/neatly kempt and Ive had better service at the registers and Starbucks here. I also prefer it over the Edina Super Target because its not as busy and doesnt sell out of items as quickly. If you want a less-competitive shopping experience with better parking and a quieter environment, this is the Target for you!

I absolutely HATE this location. They have abhorrent stock policies. They have horrendous customer service. They really do not care about you as a customer. They will even hang up on you if you call for information that is too much trouble for them to get to. They do NOTHING to improve. All at a time when maybe target should be focused on customer service, after a number of disturbing security and service related "oops" moments. Sad really. As you can see by other reviews... they are just going down hill!

You know what people really want, to wander the store aimlessly looking for butter or chicken. You want butter, oh, its in 3 different cases...and frozen chicken, its by the HUGE paintings...I get that its a remodel, but it is taking a long time and nothing makes sense. Even when you ask for help finding something, they say "thats where electronics used to be..." Cant wait until the remodel is over and I can stop being Harrison Ford.

Left my cart in the aisle and walked out. Ill go across the street to Cub. Cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, blueberries, cilantro, flat leaf parsley, zucchini & squash. These are the things on my list that these fools couldnt seem to bother with stocking on a Saturday afternoon. No wonder Target is taking it in the shorts. People come in and cant even spend their money! What a joke! This isnt the first time either.

Bought 2 gallons of Archer Farms 2% milk on Oct 26th. Expiration on carton says Nov 2nd. Both were curtled. Called to tell them, and was dissipointed buy guest services. NO Im sorry! NO bring them back and well get you a refund! NO customer service! Management needs to re-attend "Target U" and see if this time they can get a passing grade. I know where I will not buy milk from now on!

Typical target. Too big. Entrances nowhere near the cash registers. I love entering the store on one end and having to exit the store on the entire I other end of the building. I asked someone at guest services where a particular item was located. She looked it up and replied "isle D2" why would she think I know where isle D2 is?

Lots of clearance on the sides of aisles, everything is organized and friendly cashiers. The item in home decor I wanted but had no price tag, the price scanner was dead, and I lost track of any floor associates to ask. The cashier helped me and was so friendly and helpful. Great deals and items to buy. Clean and organized!

Despite having possibly the most confusing entrance off Pioneer Trail (stay left, and Target, put up a sign), the upgrades that are going in here look nice. Ive only been on Sundays, so I couldnt visit the liquor store, but Damico Sons, a new Starbucks and other upgrades look to be moving along nicely.

Its Target! What is not to like? Going through remodel right now, which is EXTREMELY frustrating because they move stuff, dont post it anywhere (like how about a WHATS MOVED guide by the doors) AND you cant find people who work there so you can ask where what ever you are looking for went.

A good shopping experience almost every time. They pretty much always have what we need in stock. The prices cant be beat. We love shopping here on Sunday mornings before it gets crowded. Only complaint is the checkers are sometimes very slow.

I consider this one of the better targets due to the two entrance/exit layout that many other targets lack. Lines and traffic flow smoothly here from parking lot to inside. Its also one of the cleaner and brighter targets in the area.

Worst Target I have ever been to, items get moved every week or so, selection is erratic as this store doesnt always have the products you like and there are never enough staff/cashiers on hand to handle the amount of customers.

I have been there now twice in the last 2 months and customer service is rude. Once in the store and now in the wine shop they have. Great store and love there prices but they need to work on there customer service bad!

Good selection of groceries, although they do seem to be out of stock more frequently then the nearby Cub Foods. Excellent customer service every time Ive needed to ask questions or deal with Guest Services.

Worst place to shop if you ever want to use coupons to get some savings, customer service doesnt care, some cashiers, who work there long time either....hint: stay away from cashier Kami!!!

Very nice and its a super center sooat options available. Only way to differentiate from 1 of 30 in the metro is customer. service. Better here than Chan, or Ep. A smile goes a long way.

Yup its a Target. Better suff than Walmart. Better employees too. But for goodness sake, stop making me walk past the dollar bins and home decor in order to get to something important!

I Go to the store for supplys and cloths they have a great cloths selection good prices too the employees are helpful but it can take some time to check out of the store if it is busy
