First I want to say that I never leave reviews for anything but my experience at this Express was so awful that I felt like I needed to. My mother, younger brother and I went to Express today at Jordan Creek to get my brothers groomsmen outfit for my older brothers wedding next week. We had a couple gentleman assist my brother in getting the clothes he needed and they were awesome. Super friendly, outgoing and helpful so this was very much appreciated. Once we got to the checkout aisle my mother was paying for her purchase and was pulling up a coupon on her phone that she received from Express in her email from spending a certain amount at Express the last time she was there. So while she was pulling up her coupon, the female employee at the counter got extremely rude with her. My mom had not even been standing at the counter for a minute when the employee checking her out copped an attitude and said "next please" and started helping the customer behind her. First let me mention, there was only two people behind my mother and she had only been at the counter for a minute so for her to push her aside and start helping other people after she started ringing my mother up was extremely rude. She continued to check out other customers even after my mom had pulled up her coupon and completely ignored her. A gentleman that was working the register beside her started to assist my mother. As she was paying, the previous employee, very audible said to the gentleman assisting my mother, "Can you tell how much I hate customers like that". I was in utter shock that she could be so rude especially saying it so loud that we could all hear what she was saying. Even the lady standing beside us gave a shocked look. She was trying to use a coupon that YOUR company sent to her. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Not to mention all of the groomsmen for the wedding purchased their outfits at Express and each spent over $200.00. We will never go back to Express again after being treated so badly. We were not able to get her name but I really do hope this gets addressed. These are not the kinds of employees i believe any company wants to represent them because that is such a fast way to lose business. My mother was so upset that someone could be so openly rude. Just wow.

Excellent selection of some good quality apparel. I found my suit for my wedding here, along with my groomsmen. Jay was super helpful and an awesome guy to work with, helped me put together a really good look. My only complaint is that my size wasnt available in store, but I was told a certain promo that was going on at the time would work online - it did not (in store only). Called this location the following day and the girl I spoke to was no help and told me I wouldnt be able to order it online, with or without the promo.. not sure where she was getting that from because I was looking at the item in my size on the website and it showed 6 available. Called expresss primary ordering hotline and was finally able to convince the rep honored the "in store only" promo code. Again I just want to express how awesome and helpful Jay was.. give that man a raise

lady at the counter was very unprofessional and rude just because we needed to change the same shirt we got for a different size , ! apparently the person who gifted the shirt had to be present to be able to change it or else we couldnt... B*** since when !? Manager was very helpful and nice and had no problem ., !
