I normally am very happy with my experience at this target however, I truly dont appreciate when my boyfriend comes home and feels like a piece of crap because of one of the employees. If youre going to work at a customer service desk you should probably be decent, at the very least, at customer service. He printed off pictures tonight and because of a sticker (from a label maker which obviously means it is not very big and not easy to see) that stated do not print more than 10 pictures on this machine he was made to feel like crap. He printed 15. The lady said to him, "you shouldnt have done those that way. Youre not gonna like how they turned out but you probably dont care." He responded with, "Im sorry, I just needed them for my daughters daycare tomorrow." She replied with, "well its way more expensive this way but you probably dont care." How does this random woman know ANYTHING about what my boyfriend does and does not care about? He obviously cares enough to go out and get pictures printed off and to get diapers and wipes from target late enough that our daughtet is already in bed to make sure she has everything she needs for school the next day. He obviously cares enough to apologize when he realized his mistake. This woman obviously does not care that her job states she should be nice to people. If she wanted to let him know he didnt do something correctly, there were way nicer ways to go about it so my boyfriend does not come home feeling like he shouldnt go back into that target. Luckily for this woman, hes a nicer person than I am and didnt bother to see what her name was however, he did make sure to tell me it was not the nice younger girl that usually works at that counter, it was the older lady with gray hair who is always a little rude.

Never been treated so rudely at a Customer Service counter before! Had bought a item and after looking at the receipt noticed I was charged for the Gallon Mason Jar when I had purchased the Half gallon Mason jar, Went a checked to make sure it was not a mistake on my part, in which it did say 9.99 on the shelf and brought my receipt up to the customer Service desk and explained what I had noticed, The lady was very rude from the start of the interaction. She scanned the bar code on the bottom of the jar which rang up the full gallon price. During this time my Daughter had came over as she was done purchasing her items, My daughter pulled the item up on Targets website and the Lady very rudely informed my Daughter that Target doesnt do price Matching in which my Daughter asked Not even from Targets own website in which she replied very rudely NO! Then rudely told my Daughter that she didnt hear a thing the person on the radio said to her that was doing the price check! Ummm my Daughter wouldnt have been talking if you didnt rudely inform her that you dont do price comparison from Targets own website! By this time I had been done being treated and rudely talked to by this lady! And how she was treating my Daughter! That I had decided to return the item in which I was informed by the lady that It would be best that I did! While she was doing the return transaction she informed my Daughter and myself that she had worked there for 5 years and everything was on Camera! Why she felt we needed to know this is beyond me as I was just wanting to be charged the correct amount for the item I purchased! Hopefully Kathy gets a better attitude and Customer Service training or I dont for see her making it another 5 years!

This particular Target is ALWAYS out of items they have Cartwheels for. In todays trip they were out of Halloween Oreos, Red Barron pizza, and crescent rolls. It was a wasted trip. This happens all the time and I just cant understand why they wouldnt prepare better. The pizzas in particular have been on cartwheel at least three times and Ive made a special trip only to have them be out. I recommend the longer drive to a different Target or better yet, a different store all together.

I went to target to find a particular pore vanishing cream. Which was recommended from a Beauty advisor. As I started reviewing the selections... I realized this is not going to be as easy as I thought...25 minutes...and still not able to find ~ I decided to ask for some assistance. Looked up there was an employee walking by I said "excuse me can I ask you a quick question ", and her response was "sorry going on my break" & continued walking away....

This Target is brand new, spacious, and well laid out. The map is wrong. The Target is located on the very edge of town in the Southeast corner. Coming into Waconia from the East on 5 youll see it on the left at the first light. Its only 5 minutes from Crown College and has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express inside! Woot! Groceries and housewares as well.

I bought a coffe maker in March or April that stopped Heating after 5 pots no help from customer service. I also purchased an expensive under the counter coffee maker that did not work properly this month and they said call the manufacturer who said call during normal business hours but did not give their hours.

Just a quick note to commend your excellant service. I shop Target Medina MN & want to give special mention for JONAH in the electronics dept. He was sooooo patient & helpful with my purchase of new ear buds or head phones! Seniors like me really appreciate employees who are knowledgable in each dept!

Who doesnt love Target?! Clothing, accessories, sandles and the cutest baby items! Genuine Kids brand gets me every . single . TIME! The Up & Up diapers are my favorite amd no matter how many name brand coupons you have, theyre still the cheaper buy! #TargetIsMyFavoriteStore

Bought my daughter am Elsa bike and it didnt have a nut for the front tire. The Service Desk staff was so kind. They took it back, helped entertain my 3 year old daughter, and brought up a brand new bike. She LOVES her new bike.

Always out of my daughters baby wipes gets frustrating. To top it off, tonight I needed pictures printed for my daughters daycare. Never had a lady be so rude to me as the one who rang me out. Very rude and disrespectful.

This target feels less stocked than others. Other than that, its clean, the parking lot isnt over packed. Whether you need groceries, batteries, soap, or a new video game, they probably have whatever it is that you need.

If you cant find it at Target, then you might not need it in your life. Great selection of food, housewares, clothes, and toys. Brightly lit and teddy. Employees are eager to assist in tracking down an item.

Decent Target store. At least not trying to be super trendy like some of the other ones. The problem is their grocery selection is so small that we inevitably end up going to Mackenthuns.

This store is great. I love the help, the self checkouts and the clearance. Always a great selection. One down fall is that typically its busy but I like it none the less.
