Dont be fooled: even though the staff members are attentive, they are very over-bearing and will make your shopping experience stressful. Seems like they are paid solely on commission. I have owned many Columbia products throughout my life, and although I generally like the quality of their items, I will be buying their products online or at the Mall of America location (assuming their staff arent the same way as Uptown) from now on. I will never go back to this store location again because of multiple poor experiences. As a side note, their exchange/return policy is less than acceptable, especially considering their international prominence. Compare theirs to REI--- come on, get on board, Columbia!
