Terrible customer service. We inquired over the phone as to whether or not they had a specific item in a specific colour and were told that they had it. They even gave us the different brand options. When we came to the store for the item the lady on the floor was not really interested in assisting with finding the item. She even called over the walkie talkie to try and speak with the employee who helped us over the phone. At the end of the conversation she said "this is all we have" and walked off. The employees here are rude and not really about their customer service. Even the lady assisting us over the phone had an off-putting tone to her voice. We did get to the register and the lady (who answered our phone call) did apologise after I brought it to her attention.

I love this store. Its huge, clean, and the staff is friendly. I like Burlington Coat Factory, and never have a bad thing to say about them. This one in particular is fairly new, but it is ran so well youd think its been there for a decade. Lovely place, dont change a thing.

Excellent selection of affordable clothes and materials. Wouldve rated higher but the Thursday I went in there, there were 24 people ahead of me in line to pay and it took 45min. Not worth it to me.
