I like tjmaxx and I have never had an issue. But today I went to pick up an item that was put on hold for me and I told the lady, Paula, that I was there to pick up an item that was on hold for me and she respond with such a rude tone and said "um we dont hold anything here for anyone unless its overnight" and I just let her know that they had held it for me. And then the price wasnt on it. And i told her the price that had been on there the night before and she said "well its not on there" so they had to go make a price ticket for it and I asked her if they had found the price and she said "they went to make a ticket for it!" And I didnt get to finish my sentence before she responded. Just every question I asked her she responded in a rude tone and she seemed like she didnt even want to check me out. I hardly got my questions answered. She needs training on better customer service because that was ridiculous.

I went in to TJ today and the young lady at the counter was SO rude to me. She was very short and snappy, and she huffed her breath the whole time. Very, very poor customer service by this one. Her name tag said "Jessica". When I got home and told my family my daughter said she actually went to school with Jessica, and on Jessicas twitter she stated (direct quote) : "There was so many dummies that came my way in the checkout line and it was all I could do to not snap at them." I sure hope she wasnt talking about me. What kind of business has employees like that? Ive always been a fan of TJ, but I dont know that Ill go back if they keep people like Jessica working.

Love TJMaxx!! I used to shop anywhere but TJMaxx. Now I shop there first. The store has been remodeled and is very nice and clean.

The mens clothing selection is the worst I have seen. The place is clean, but was not able to find anything I was looking for.

They have name brand clothes at a fraction of the price and have tons to choose from. The cashier was very nice and fast!

Cheaper and more excellent choice than Marshalls, much better selection than Ross. Always find what Im looking for here.
