I will never shop at the Coon Rapids location again. In May 2014, I went to this location to get scrubs for my clinical. The moment my husband, son and I walked in, we felt as if the employee at the cash register was eye balling us. She was a younger blonde gal, maybe in her early to mid 20s. She followed us everywhere we went. There were other customers in the store, but being minorities, we felt discriminated. Not even a simple "Hello, how are you doing?" or SMILE. All the other customers, which happens to be white, got kindness and generosity from her. If it werent for the other employee (she came out from the back stock room), which happens to be a older woman, I would of walked out. This employee on the other hand was very nice to us. Which I appreciated her kindness. Overall, I would not recommend this store to any of my friends or family. Ill take my business somewhere else!!!

Shady business. Bought a few things and went to return a few items (with tags not worn ) and they told me my paper receipt wasnt sufficient, that I had to bring in a bank statement proving the purchase was deducted from my account. wEIRD. I get this plus a letter from the bank manager saying yes this is correct etc, and when I went back with it the girl literally was scrutinizing it..also like she was trying to find a reason to not let me get my money back. I told this to a coworker who had a similar experience there..says she brought something back and they tried telling her that she didnt buy it from them, even though she had the receipt right in front of her. Wont be shopping here again, too dang weird. Plus the staff is very cold, Cammai the manager especially.

Great, fun and positive experience to have when shopping in this store. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and treats each of their customers as if they are their number one priority. Every worker at Scrubs makes sure you have a good time being there and they help you find pretty much everything you need. So when you need those new cute pair scrubs, shoes even stethoscopes etc.. Scrubs will always be there to help you out and make sure you have a couple laughs or so, because some workers like to crack jokes... Most stores they dont care who you are, youre just another customer. But at Scrubs they dont treat you like another customer, they treat you as one of their own. Its like youre 2nd family you never had.

I wasnt even there and I hate this store! My boss needed a pair of scrubs for a Halloween costume and asked them to hold a pair in her size for me to pick up. They would not allow her to charge them to her credit card over the phone. I asked my daughter to pick them up and she said it was a terrible experience...said the salesperson acted skeptical and required her to give them my bosses phone number in order for her to purchase the scrubs. Seriously?! She paid cash and to top it off - I opened the bag to check them out today before bringing them to work and they didnt even give her a receipt!!! Guess they knew how to make sure a return will not be possible. Bad business!

The manager for this store is very harsh and rude. She almost would not let me purchase my stuff because I didnt bring my badge I had spent over and hour trying stuff on. I told the maanger I had not been in this store in several years and last time I didnt need my badge and she got very rude with me saying I need it or I cant buy things. I miss the old manager and and they way it used to he run. Never will shop here again until they find a new manager unless she is not there the other staff is so wonderful and nice.

I had a very nice visit around 8pm a few days ago. I got scrubs from the online store and the bottoms were too big, and I was easily able to return them. Since I payed with PayPal, and they arent able to put money back to that I the store, they put it back onto my bank card with no problem. The worker helped me track down another pair of pants to try on for size. I will definitely go back to this store in the future.

Staff is unprofessional. Nobody was willing to leave the desk to help me find anything or give opinions. Asked for a dressing room and I got a "yeah theyre all open". While checking out the two women working were just talking to each other about alcohol. She didnt even look at me once. Talk about lazy. Customer service is seriously lacking.

JUST SHOP ONLINE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Manager is incredibly crass. Overall she was unhelpful and discourteous. The company does not have a phone number to call for complaints. The manager didnt give me a student or a discount after knowing that I am an employee at a hospital that they normally give discounts for.

doors are closed and its only 4:30. four people were headed up to the doors and they were all needing things. Worst location to go to. Call ahead and make sure employees are there.
