INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED with my salon service! Actually, I should say, my color was fine. Not much different than when I went in..but whatever, I can work with that! What I cant deal with is the good 4-5 inch CHUNK of hair that was literally hacked off the front of my hair! There is no other nice way of putting it! I had pictures and made it VERY clear I did not want bangs, it had taken me months to grow them out and I only wanted a MINOR end trim!! We had multiple conversations about how Ive been growing it FOREVER and was going for longer in the front than back! Sarah claimed she just wanted to take "off the damaged ends" but she literally HACKED at least 4-5 inches off of the front on one side? I have NEVER stopped a stylist during the middle of a cut...but I just looked at it and said "Holy...you just took a HUGE chunk off the front of my hair!!!! I said it was supposed to be longer in the front! Its just a huge missing chunk!" She kept saying the following while trying to brush it back into the rest of my hair... "It is longer in the front" "When it grows out it will be longer"(um, what?) "It will be easier to style it this way!" "You wear bangs, right?" "I just followed the haircut you had!" "Just let me blend it some more" (HELL TO THE NO!!! You just fricking literally took at least 4-5 inches off of my hair in some random chunk! Not even slightly angled or blended...just literally a chunk.) I so desperately want to post a picture...because I am not exaggerating in the least! I should have gone with my gut when I got there! I thought I was going to see a stylist named Sarah that I was referred to. But, when I got there, I realized the salon she went to was actually JC Salon...not JCPenney! I even went up to the manager before I let her touch my hair and she assured me she was a "Senior Stylist" and does a great job. Well, shes been out of school two years and is now considered "Senior". I was nervous going in...but I decided to give it a shot. She said she is just trimming the ends. I thought what could go wrong! Suffice to say....if you value having hair and dont want a major chunk hacked off with no rhyme or reason...I strongly advise that you RUN NOT WALK away from this salon! By the way, I have NEVER EVER EVER given a negative review of a salon in my life. And Ive had some messed up cuts and colors! So you can bet that this is BAD!!!!!

I was there today and the infant section had basically nothing in 12 month baby boy. The girls sections 2t-5t and 4-6 were in awful condition. All of the clothes were just scattered. I had such a difficult time finding anything for my daughter and the stuff I did find took me forever because I had to dig through everything. There were workers papers all over the place, nothing folded unless it was on an outer aisle, some sorting portable shelf left in the middle of a very narrow area. And there is no room to drive the small carts. I am not a person to normally complain but I have never seen a section in such bad disarray. The whole store was not that way but in the mens Arizona jeans section it was very unorganized as well. There was nobody around to help. Just disappointed that my shopping experience took at least double the time it should have because it was so messy.

Will the dumb ass secret shopper get off my ass when all I have is my son in my arms while the other women is in the Isle stuffing her purse(we walked in at the same time she had no purse then...) oh Im sure she didnt pay for that bed set she picked up and walked out with wow!!! Sucks like all the other stores in that shopping center.

I only give this store a 2 because the lines are always horrible! Be ready to wait to check out. Every time. I was able to fill this rating out with plenty of time to spare while waiting in line

I love the woman I worked with for the window treatments! We had a great time together. I always have shopped here for curtains and such. Just love the store and most of the prices are right.

A big store made small at this location, wait in line way too long. Rules with discounts change often so its hard to keep up. Not much for sizes. Its easy to get to.

Poor service well my pregnant wife was bra shopping I relax on 1 of their beds and they treated me like a criminal and ask me to leave. Will never shop there again.

JCP always has the cutest clothes and lots of things to interest and tempt you. I always have to be very strict with myself whenever I go into the store.

Average collections.. Not superb but available what most needed in daily life.. Not a fashion exceptions.

The location is clean and nice. Not very approachable staff. They dont go out of their way to help you.
