I shop pretty regularly at K&G stores and I was very happy to see that there was one near me when I moved to my new home. However I went to the store twice and I have decided I would rather drive the 20 minutes to go to Roseville then drive 6 minutes to come here. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and at least try the store one more time before I wrote my review. This store is clearly staffed by people who do not care about their job. The three employees that were working in the suit Department were trying on suits themselves and just joking to each other. Using words that I will not repeat here because I do not find the "n" word appropriate in any circumstance. While looking for clothes in the mens non-suit department I cannot find more than one pair of pants that fit me at a 36 w, I could however find sizes of 42 w and up in an abundance. I have never seen so many size 50w clothing in my life. This is after looking through numerous racks in multiple aisles. Everything is completely disorganized in the mens section because whoever shops there cant be bothered to put the item back on the rack where belongs. And the people that do work there clearly dont have the time to put it back themselves. While I was walking out the door to drive over to Roseville I couldnt help but notice that the cashier was on his phone sitting on the register table and listening to music without headphones. This place is a pit. I will never go back.

I came here for a quick suit before an interview, and left with a very reasonably priced, designer-ish suit. Complaint is that the checkout line took 20 minutes, and the in-store advertisements were clearly false-advertising. I picked up two dress shirts from a rack that said something like "17.99 for 1, 25 for 2." I expected to pay $25, but it rang up as $53. Apparently, one of the shirts didnt qualify for the special (so one for $18, another for $35), but this was not clearly indicated on the sign - it said something like "Regular Price $20," which makes you think their shirts are regularly priced at $20, and this special would get 1 for 18 or 2 for 25. Im a reasonably intelligent and savvy individual, and this sign seemed misleading at best. Also, the parking lot was littered with glass and loiterers. Im being generous with the 3 stars because the suit was a really great deal.

I went to both of their location, but i first went to this location in search of a suit and shoes. I wasnt greeted when i entered, the atmosphere was very cold to me. It seemed as if their wasnt any staff around. No one offered or asked me if i needed any assistance. Their customer service at both of their location needs a lot of work. I feel like this location has more of a variety then the roseville location. Their bathroom was very gross. Even the lady that checked me out was very unfriendly. It was almost like walking into a prison.The one positive is that they do have some nice clothes for cheap, but i would rather go some where else and pay more money for better customer service. Whats funny is today before i went, i read other peoples reviews and i am the type of person that likes to draw my own conclusion, but i must say Riley was right.

It took me a couple minutes to find someone to help me but when I did the guy that helped me gave me the best service Ive had anywhere. I dont say that lightly. The gentleman spent over two hours helping me find the right suit with the right accompaniments while looking for the least expensive options. Obviously other people needed help during this and whenever he left he apologized before helping them. He even found me after I was done with the tailor to show me an even better option than we had found for a tie and pocket square at the same price of the one I was ready to buy. I had three other shoppers come up to me and tell me about their exceptional experiences with this salesperson that were all similar to mine.

I am not sure what the previous reviewers were expecting, but the word discount means something. We spent nearly 2500 dollars for 4 of us to get outfitted nicely, professionally, in name brand clothes that would have cost us 5-6K anywhere else. The gentleman that fit us knew what he was doing, the tailoring was good and we looked and felt like a million bucks. Was the place a little untidy and is the staff stretched, yeah, probably, but if you want to pay top dollar for the clothing we bought, then you need to go somewhere else. I am very satisfied with what I found and I have been back since. I also bring others who are looking for top quality and low prices.

I cannot say enough about how terrible this place is. They dont know how to measure for a suit. They ordered the wrong suits and tried passing them off as the one i picked out. Nothing fit and the tailor had no idea what she was doing. And didnt speak english to boot. They had no remorse for the problems. Very poorly managed and the staff is extremely rude. Never enter this business! Youve been warned! Cheap suits but who wants a cheap suit they didnt pick out and doesnt fit?

I give this location a 1 for customer service, the line is out the door with one cashier and he worked in the men department he had to call the manager 3 times before she came to help him ring up customers. When I told her one Saturdays she needs all registers open the only thing she could say was I know. I told her she needs to do better. If it was not for the prices of a suit or two I would not shop there.

I had never been here before. We did have to search out an employee to help us but when we found her she did a great job helping my son & I pick out a suit. She made our experience great. I wish I had caught her name. Thank you to her! My son, 16, really likes his first & only suit. We also found a winter coat he loved at a decent price. This is my sons new favorite store for mens ware!

Every time I come to this location there is no one to help me. Went there yesterday there was white lady who seemed uninterested in helping me until she finally had to call another lady for help because I was opening the shirts to try them on. Mind you I am a man. This place is bigger but I prefer the Roseville by far

This place is the best! Wish I could remember the salesmans name (bald, African-American, wore glasses- that day he had on a pink shirt) but he was truly a SUPERSTAR! Took a lot of time making sure I got the right outfit for my wedding. Then I got alterations. I intend to use this place frequently!
