I bought 2 pairs of HD progressive transition eyeglasses November 2015 and I destroyed one of my lenses in December, thought they were junk. I brought the glasses back to Costco and asked If I could buy one lens, she explained they would not be the same and to my surprise she ordered new lenses at no charge, I love the fact Costco stands behind their optical service and the prices are crazy cheap and the lens quality is fantastic better than many others Ive owned, great service too. I highly recommend Costco optical, try it you wont regret the big savings. I am very very happy with my overall new customer experience.

We were late for our appointments, but the Doctor and staff were extremely gracious and provided excellent customer service! The exam was conducted very professionally and the Manager -Todd Maas stayed late after his shift to see that we were completely satisfied with our experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!
