My experience was absolutely amazing! Ken was my optical angel, I came in with old glasses from six years ago that my brother stepped on, I told Ken how much I loved them and miraculously he fixed them when costco said they could not. He then helped me realize I needed a new pair, if you saw them you would agree! Ken helped me try on literally 30 pairs of glasses and was truly honest about what looked good on my face. He took pictures and helped me narrow the choices until we found the winner. My old pair were kid glasses because I have a small face but he helped me find a beautiful new pair that fit my personality and were also for the next stage of my adult life. He also called my eye doctor and figured everything out for me and then whipped out a coupon from his front pocket and saved me money. Service at Pearle Vision is amazing and I advise anyone who needs glasses to see Ken!

The staff is rude and seems to be stuck in a state of extreme boredom. My 1 1/2 year old daughter was waving to staff members and saying hi in a cute baby voice. The staff would just give her with this look of disgust, not reply and kept working. My son failed a vision check at his regular doc so we set this appointment up. My wife asked the eye doc if he saw a lot of kids needing glasses due to TV and games being more of a part of daily life. His response was "I see a lot of kids failing there test in there routine checkups and then coming here and wasting my time." This was said due to my son passing his vision test with above 20/20 vision. These folks are rude and not friendly. I recommend Macys vision center over this place...never again will i give them any part of my business,time or money.

I have been a customer with Pearle Vision for over 15 years! I have been satisfied with every purchase I have made for myself and my 2 (now adult) children. I just purchased a pair of Tom Fords with the new Maxima lenses! All I can say is WOW! Not only do they look fabulous on me, but I can actual see! The clarity exceeded my expectations. I needed progressive lenses and was not thrilled about it. From the time of my exam, I received my new glasses within a week! The level of professionalism that I received from Optician Nancy Cronin and the Pearle Staff was outstanding. I will continue to return as a customer because I felt that I was important and I was taken care of! Thank you Nancy!

So I went for an eye exam here for a routine checkup. My prescription changed slightly, so I needed new glasses. They werent very helpful other than wanting me to buy the most expensive eyeglass frames, which I couldnt afford. So I finally found a pair I could afford no help to the worker. Then they didnt even call me to tell me my glasses were done. Plus I had to wait an hour in store just for them to give me my glasses when no one else was in the store. So find a better place to go since this place was awkward, uncomfortable and the opthamologist didnt even care.

Horrible experience with this location. Went in for an eye exam which they could not complete, asked me to return so they could complete the exam. Same story next visit. After the 3rd visit, I found out they charged me full price for each visit without ever disclosing that my return visits were going to be charged at all and I still dont have the eyeglass prescription that Ive paid for 3x over... BTW, the return visits were 5 to 10 minutes each. DO NOT give them your business as they are less than ethical... Stay away!!!

The 2 doctors that Ive seen here were both cold and impersonal. Awkward. The rest of the staff seemed bored that they had to "help" me with anything. It always feels as though they cant get you out the door fast enough. I went in about a month ago for a normal exam. In the back of my mind I thought about the last experience and was wondering if I should try elsewhere. However, this place is convenient to both work and home. After I left I decided I will never go back. The staff sucks. Never again will I go back.

Worst customer service ever!! The Doctor rushed through the exam, the women working at the front counter ripped the qr bar off the insurance card and the gentlemen who helped us pick out frames was extremely rude and did not properly explain what was covered with insurance. We also received no invoice for the exam just the prescription and they didnt even allow us to finish filling out the paperwork they required. Such horrible service i will not return to this location!!!

I have been a dedicated customer for 3 years and continue to be impressed by the culture and the genuine commitment to quality service! I work with youth in foster care and this year Doctor Johnson went above and beyond to support one of my clients. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. Julie, one of their opticians, is always enthusiastic and helps me pick out the best frames. I very highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience overall from the eye exam to picking out glasses to contacts for my son and myself. We have been going to this store for a couple years and have had nothing but great service! Love the Doctor and how she relates to my 12 year old son! She recently suggested I get prescription sunglasses and I am so happy that she did....absolutely LOVE them! We will for sure be costumers for life!!

This was my first experience with an eye exam and picking out glasses. The doctor was friendly and honest. Mandy helped me pick out the best glasses for my face. We had such a blast going through all the different frames! Super fast turn around also! I had my glasses in a week! They look great, I can see, and Ive gotten so many compliments on my beautiful specs! Thanks!

I went in on Wednesday at 5 to pick out new glasses. I was out by 530 and my glasses were ready the next day. This is the most amazing experience Ive had getting glasses in the longest time! I typically go to target and have to wait a week to get my new glasses. I was helped by Taryn and Tim they were both so wonderful :-) Thank you Pearle Vision Coon Rapids!!

I had a really good experience at this store. Mandy was great. She talked me into a whole other style of glasses from what I had and the feedback from coworkers and friends has been fantastic. I got my glasses in 1 week. I went back 2 weeks later with a fitting problem and Mandy again took great care of my problem and I was out the door within 5 minutes.
