Choose to go to this clinic because its so close to my home and it has great Google reviews. Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the front desk lady named Merina (I think that was her name). She had a great welcoming voice and provided me with FANTASTIC customer service. Did not make me feel like I was being rushed at all and was very patient. Because she was so warm and welcoming, I feel that everything else behind the scenes (eye docs, exam...) is going to go great as well. My appt did not come up yet but will update that later. If I had an employee like Merina, I definitely would not want to lose her. Go Merina!

I was recommended here by family members and Im glad I listened. Dr Ko and the staff are awesome. I got dizzy during my exam and Dr Ko was so comforting and kind. They have a great selection of glasses and you get that personal touch you dont get at the big eye glass retailers.

Love Dr. Ko and her staff! Its wonderful.to have such high-quality service in my.neighborhood. If youre looking for funkier frames, you wont find them here. I wasnt so the more traditional/slightly contemporary selection suited my needs. Highly recommended.

The tech fixed my glasses !! :) Of course,they have a wide selection to choose from !! Will come again to get my 2nd pair to get prescription put in! Kind of expensive though. But what can you say your paying to see.
