I just want to say - it was an amazing experience on the day of surgery. I was so nervous. And I got there a little too early :) But the front desk people were awesome and got me back there and going a little early taking my payment and getting me all set up. Then I want to say what a great idea to have the personal waiting area before you go back for surgery! I was also nervous to take the medicine, but it was hilarious, because the girl that came back to get me had to wake me up! I must have been pretty cozy because the last thing I remembered was watching the fish in the ocean on that TV in there! I was pretty groggy, but my experience in the surgical area was great too. Dr. Lobanoff explained everything extremely well, and everyone was super nice and gentle in the room. It made me feel as relaxed as I could. I was nervous though, which I think they caught on too, and reminded me to relax. And then like that I was done! In seconds! I cannot even put in to words, how AMAZING it is to see without any help. I feel SO blessed, I keep telling people, "I know it sounds cheesy, but its a miracle!" It truly is. Im so glad I decided to do this, and I am so glad I chose North Suburban to get it done. And of course, please thank Dr. Lobanoff. I am truly grateful he did such a great job and my vision is amazing!

The docs and staff are great but I had a ton of issues with the optical studios! When I first got my glasses in 2016 the lenses never fit properly. I went in multiple times throughout the for the first months. They claimed to have fixed them but after two weeks they popped back out again. I finally was able to get all new lenses from the warranty just pay $40. I got my new lenses after a week or two but they where cut too small and literally fell out of the frame when I looked down. I went back in to get them fixed and they cut them even smaller! They didnt fit at all! For the 3rd time they swore they got it right but when I went to pick them up they werent my glasses! The prescription was right but not the same frames!! They told me I could take the ones that they mistakenly ordered or wait for my correct once for another 2 weeks... I will not be going back. All in 1 year I never had this many issues.

I had a great Lasik experience from beginning to end with North Suburban Eye Specialists. From the receptionists to the consultants, to Dr. Mark Lobanoff (The Noff), they were all great. My appointments were all on time with very little wait time. My experience with The Noff was probably the best I have had with any kind of Dr. I have dealt with. He was willing to allow for any amount of time to ensure that any questions I had were answered, unlike most of my experiences with doctors where they always seem to have somewhere more important to be. I had complete confidence in him. Oh, and by the way. . . I can now see better than I have ever been able to in my life. The procedure itself was ridiculously easy, and the results were almost instantaneous. I highly recommend North Suburban!

However, they also realize most of us do this ONCE, so they dont make assumptions about what we do or dont know, and they dont roll over details or act like youre just a number. Best experience ever! No pain at all during surgery or after. Surgery takes less than 10 minutes and they walk you through every step of it and tell you whats going on the whole time. Dr. Lobanoff is a very down to earth guy and everyone there is super nice. I just wish i would have gotten it done sooner.

Extremely happy with my lasik from NSES everyone was upbeat and friendly and the surgery was fast and painless. Just had my follow up appt two months after Lasik and both eyes are 20/15 vision. Its like seeing life in HD. Id highly recommend them to anyone best decision I have ever made.

I had amazing results! The first day is a little cloudy but the next day you can drive and wow it is a sight seeing difference. I dreaded the idea of doing Lasik but then my friend had done it and so I finally did. Its a super quick procedure.
