They use to be a great place to go then the employees got terribly crabby and rude to the point where I will never return. I was working on call and had to cancel my appointment and was given a hard time even though I gave them more then a 24 hour notice. I had moved and changed my contact information and they never changed it when I requested they did so I waited for a very long time to receive a call telling me my glasses were in because they kept calling my old number so when I called asking if they were ready they were super rude and told me that they had been in and called me and if I didnt come get them that day they would be sent back. they also would not release my prescription to me because it was expired which doesnt matter I needed it for a lasik appointment. they only care about your money and not you as a person.

Receptionist/scheduler is always rude. I called to make an appointment to get my contacts, in which I paid for months ago and she was rude saying "why havent you done your follow up appointment"? I said, you have no idea what Ive been going through! I felt like saying, You got my money so why didnt you follow up with me? Scheduled appointment. Then, I got the flu. I called to say i need to cancel and reschedule my appointment. She said in a snarky voice "you know we require 24 hours notice to cancel"? I said, yes, but I got diagnosed with the flu last night! I said, you are rude and dont understand and I hung up. Im done at this place and dont recommend it to anyone!

on vacation i lost my only lenses. Andover Optical was able to give me a free trial pair right away! all i took was a fax of my prescription and a phone call and i was on my way. the lady who helped me was so polite and friendly it made me wish i lived in Andover just so i could have them as my regular eye care specialists! thank you so much, you guys made my trip so much enjoyable!

Andover Optical has always gone above and beyond for our family. Regardless of the problem (broken frames, scratched lenses, etc.), they have always worked their magic with smiles on their faces the entire time!!
