Not all employees at this store are rude, but enough to force me to alter my route to the Chan store from now on. I wont mention names as I dont wish anyone fired; and, I would not complain if it were only once. But this place needs to train their people in customer relations. Sure, everyone has a bad day now and again but, just as often as not, these people make me feel sour. I feel obliged to qualify that this seems to have happened over the past few months as, prior to that and since its opening, this KT has been a regular stop. Not any more.

I was shocked. I am a smoker. yes, a smoker. Recently I stopped in to the kwik trip and asked for a pack a Pal Mall 100 Orange. They cost less than $7.00 dollars every where else. The wanted to charge me $8.21 cents for one pack. I am all for making a profit. However, asking $1.21 for one pack of cigarette over what others are charging is insane. I will never shop this convenience store again. This is highway robbery. When I asked the cashier she just uttered, that is our price.

Great Service! I had a small problem with my credit card getting charged twice and Doug the manager on staff handled the situation very professional and efficient. I will defiantly " see you next time!"
