I wanted to rate this place with a poor star rating, but just couldnt bring myself to do it. I kid, of course. The customer service was very hospitable, to say the least. The fuel station was out of Hy-Vee perks cards, so one of the employees - presumably the manager - went up to the main grocery store to grab some more, specifically for me. This same employee insisted on cleaning out the mug that I had purchased for me, and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. I then purchased E85 without incident. Hy-Vee is nowhere near my home in Lansing, Michigan, but boy I wish they were. I was very thankful, and thanked the employee several times - he insisted that its just what Hy-Vee does, and he was very modest about it. Unless they drop E85, I will be stopping by here to get fuel and coffee next time Im out in Iowa.

We went to this gas station on our loooong journey to Minnesota and this time when we stopped the manager, Ed, saw that we had brought along our dog! As I was putting her back into the vehicle he came walking out with a bowl of water to give her! It was so incredibly nice! NEVER have I been to a gas station where people were so caring and made me feel refreshed! This will continue to be our place we frequent on our long journeys home! :)

Awesome, friendly staff! This is MY gas station and the employees are always nice. I wish they had veggie breakfast pizza sometimes though.

Typical gas station. The Hy-Vee Fuel Saver is beneficial if you shop at Hy-Vee.
