The shift lead Sue doesnt provide the customer service like the other employees. She always put my items in plastic bags she rips intentionally. She doesnt even give me a new one or offer me a better unripped bag. What is it like 10 cents or something. I feel like shes a rascist. I drive a school bus and i am in there every other morning for snack and beverage between me routes, so i am in there quite frequently.

Used to be a good store but the coffee area is often dirty. Coffee is hours old. They just reset the big timer without brewing fresh coffee. Too many times Ive gotten coffee grounds in my coffee. Sue is great but she can only do so much and shes not there all the time. I feel that most of the issues go on when shes not there.
