The owner is always on his phone and tells customers to wait, when they come up to the counter while he is texting. I have seen this multiple times and have even said something a few times. He always says hes sorry, but then says "one minute" again! I dont go there anymore, because this occurs just about every time I go in, which is so frustrating and is terrible customer service. The staff is always friendly and ready to help customers, so thats at least good.
