NEVER DO THE PLAN!!!!!!! They will TRAP you! They talked my husband into the payment plan for our puppy. We were told it is a 12 month plan. However, after 12 months they keep taking your money every month. Then if you call they wont do anything about it or cancel it because you used the plan. If you take your dog in for a rabies shot on month 13, they claim that you have to keep paying because you brought your dog in. They are HORRIBLE! Worst customer service ever. I used to take my dog in for grooming monthly, plus Banfield for all the vet related things and I will no longer go there. We have another puppy that needs shots, neutered, etc. I 100% you PetSmart and Banfield that this dog will never come into that store again. Good Bye you extortionist!

The way the employees interact with humans and pets alike is respectable. The entire store is kid- and pet-friendly, and the way the store phrases things is adorable. Signs hanging on the cat adoption center said things like, "Found a home! (adoption complete)" and "Almost home! (adoption in progress)" to provide hope to humans of all ages in the future of the temporarily displaced animals. The guinea pigs, cute mice, gerbils, and lizards were so fun to look at, and it smelled surprisingly pleasant and clean in this location. Great job, PetSmart!

I brought my boxer in for a bath and to get her nails clipped.customer service was ok not great.when I picked her up she still smelled like wet dog even though they said they dried her and her nails looked like they werent even touched. This is the 3rd time Ive noticed that they dont do a great job on nails I will not go back. What a waste of 25 dollars

Some of the groomers are fantastic! However, the business model for the grooming salon need improvement. Greater than 50 percent of the time I get a phone call day off cancelling my appointment because a groomer failed to show up. They need to keep a backup groomer in rotation on their staff.

This location is the bomb! I always save a TON of money when ever I splurge on my poochy. I save too much money and come home with way too many things, literally. I love the staff here, they are all sweethearts. Thank you for your great customer service and love for animals

Some of their prices are expensive compared to other pet stores. But the staff is always very friendly and so willing to help. They also have a great training program for dogs. The groomers are awful and overpriced.

Dropped in from out of town, was amazed on the hospitality I was shown. Kayla-in fish dept. Extremely helpful and educated, very in depth in her field. Great visit, great selection all around.

We take our dog to the groomer here for her nails. Only place capable of handling a big dog that is fiesty about her front claws. Highly recommended the cut/grind nail service at the groomer.

This is a nice store. There was 1 day we went & 1 of the floor associates wasnt so nice. Also, they dont always have our dog food, but I find that to be the same issue at all of their stores.

Rachel grooms my dog, she does a great job, considering I always wait months between, and my dog is so grumpy, ! At first I used to let any of them do it, then Decided I preferred Rachel!

Love their grooming department. My dog loves to go to the doggie spa. Brittany is her regular groomer and she does a great job. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
