So I hate to be the one to write a first review about this place and being negative but the customer service I received was dreadful! There was a red headed woman who had helped me and she couldve cared less. It took me being in the store, 10 minutes to even be greeted, when I was the only one in there and she was the only one working. She just stood behind the register on her cell phone! Once she finally came up to me she wreaked of alcohol and at that point I couldve cared less if she helped me! She seemed so full of herself I didnt even want her helping me, I live in Grove city so the sawmill location is the closest true pet valu! I now have to drive all the way to the East Broad location just to receive good customer. I love pet valu but truly believe something should be done about this matter!

Ive gone to this store several times now just to get a few treats and shampoo for my dogs, and I gotta say, the staff has always been delightful. No matter what Im getting, they always have good suggestions to help me pick out whats best for my pups and how to make the most of what I buy. The place is also very clean and its just an overall nice experience every time I go.

I only stopped in once so far. A very nice young man was very helpful. He said he was new but still worked to answer my questions. When I have been a customer more, I will evaluate better. I listed 4 stars with this review. Have been back and changed to one star. They wanted $32 for something that I normally buy any another pet store for $20. Over 50% higher. Yuk!

I recently got a new dog and went to the Pet Valu in Dublin for supplies. I needed all the advice I could get regarding food, toys, etc. The staff member, Lindsay, was a wonderful help! I will definitely use this store for all of my needs and cannot wait to come back and use the dog wash. Thanks for being so patient and kind answering all my new dog mom questions!!

Good selection of higher end and "standard" pet supplies. Dog washing stations. They partner with Colony Cats and other organizations for donations and adoptions.
