5/19/2015 3pm-450pm I like the overall interior design. Mall has a simply layout that wont get you turned around. A decent variety of stores. Greeted in all the stores I went into. Very friendly employees. No issues with any of them. The short light skin female and champs is fine so stop in there just because. Its nice, clean and the local people acted civilized. Didnt try any of the food. A place to visit and they have a play area for children.

I have made several trips to the Westland Mall on various accounts. I have never had any major problems with all the stores that I have visited. While it is an old mall (built in the 1960s), it still manages to maintain a lasting appeal to both adults and younger generations alike. When I have visited stores, I have always had fairly decent service; sometimes they (staff at any specific business) go above and beyond to care for the customer.

I went to Sears to get a price adjustment on a treadmill that I had purchased online through the store two days before. It had gone on sale - to save $70 it took me about an hour to get my price adjustment between calling customer service and trying to look the records up online. I had my online receipt so I dont blame the salesperson but its the whole system that I think is very inefficient.

Parking Lot

Sort of nice I guess. The stores are sufficient for a mall but the people can be rather repulsive at times.. some things Ill never unsmell. Good place if youre looking to buy clothes though they have a couple good stores for that. Overall this is a nice mall but not nearly as nice as Twelve Oaks in Novi. They may be preppy but they know how to run a mall.

I like going here because of the wide open spaces in the winter. The playground is great for younger children at anytime. Their holiday displays are colorful and enjoyable. There are a variety of unique food choices here to try and relish. Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny make this a regular stop. It is a safe and friendly place to go.

This mall is very small but seems to have the items that Im in need of. Its not crowded most of the time which helps me maneuver as I shop for items. The stores I ship at most are Macys, footlocker, Champs, GNC and the occasional visit to kohls. The food court could use some help. I would recommend checking this shopping center out.

Well... theyre still a decent mall, but lots of stores have left. Macys is gone, theres no AE... its a nice older bldg, they need to work harder at making it a more exciting place for shopping/dining. H&M and FOREVER 21 can be added and tear the old Hudsons/Macys bldg down and consider something other than a clothing store, perhaps.

Love the mall. Especially the Dinky Donuts inside. A variety of shopping stores. Wish that they actually had an eating area though, as well as restaraunts that you wont find directly down the street. Tired of subway/taco bell & all the other restaraunts inside the mall that are everywhere in Westland. Add a coney island or something.

Westland Center is a well maintained medium price traditional mall anchored by Kohls, Macys, Sears, and JCPenny. The management has done a great job of keeping the mall filled with a wide variety of stores. Empty storefronts are few. I shop here all of the time. It is my go=to shopping place when I need something reasonably priced.

Google needs to check out what they are advertising. I called the Sears Store in Westland, Mi, they said that you have to go to their website to see what they have. Google is not accurate. This really stinks...I really wanted the 9" Portable DVD Player that was advertised through google shopping for $30. BOOOOOOO

Compared with the luxury consuming level of UAE, this market is highly worth to do the shopping in especially the carrefour supermarket in it, we bought a lot of prepared local food and fruit to enjoy during the trip even also a arabic style hat to wear and the same on was sold in DUBAI MALL with 4X price.

AWESOME STORE! The service is wonderful, they take their time and help you out rather then leaving you to pick out your own bras. I love the selection and dont mind that its not as big as the other stores. Its close to home and always has a deal going on in store. I would recommend this store to anyone.

As of recently they have been doing a lot of Renovations on the exterior and interior. And started to add some new stores it is not the most impressive mall but it is nice when you would like to get something new or grab a nice bite to eat it is a good place to stop and get what you need.

Easy access off several roads, good clean family shopping area, even for very small children. The mall actually has a choo-choo train travelling inside & the train has a human engineer, the kids & parents love it. The parents can actually window shop from the train! How cool is that!

Ive been here a couple times all kind of a small mall Nother many stores and I dont really think theres any point in going here Maysles go to Plaza cause theyre better stores around the flies off probably better deals well overall he probably want to check out some other malls

You know a lot of Oakland County friends like to rag on this area but always have had a good shopping experience and do not shop that often but when do here its been a good experience. After witnessing women fighting over parking at 12 0aks Id rather shop here.

Used to be a 4 star or better. However a lot of stores have left here and although they are redoing it it is just not there yet. Every other stores that fit all ranges of age groups start business in thereI would be willing to change my star rating

This is an old ugly mall. Even Macys left the mall . I am giving 3 stars because it has a nice train for the kids, an indoor playground for little ones and a play space with bounce houses and trampolines. But i wouldnt go for shopping or eating.

It could use a food court. Like Chinese, Japanese, cinnamon bon and restaurants like that. More people would come, especially lunch time. Also, people wouldnt have to travel all the way to twelve oaks or great lakes just to go shopping.

Bath & Body Works Is having a Good sales. body wash and Lotion on sales So go Catch Some deals But Budget first. Japanese cherry blossoms Body Spray is not on Sale Regular. 14.00 dollar. But i wanted its and i got it. Hand Soap 3.00$

The mall has declined in recent years with many places leaving. I think its a nice mall, but with Macys leaving there is one less anchor store. Still nice to check out if youre in the area, but I see it going the way of Wonderland one day.
