Westgate is a smallish strip mall, with pretty much anything you might want. The location is extremely convenient and easy to get into and out of. It has an actual bookstore, which although not great, is definitely good enough, several restaurants (all of which are good), a couple clothing stores, a drug store, a grocery story, an excellent shoe store -- what else could one want?

Great shopping mall. The library branch is a great recent addition that brings tons of foot traffic there. My favorites, besides the library are the childrens resale shop (Grow with me), a bookstore (Nicolas), a coffee shop (Sweetwaters), a discounted shop (TJMax), a shoe shop (Mast shoes) and a supermarket (Kroger). Several options for lunchtime.

A great old shopping center. Nicolas Books and Barrys Bagels loom large in my childhood memories. A good selection of shops and a cool, updated branch of the Ann arbor library make the center very worth the visit. The parking lot is showing its age and, even without the current Stadium detour, getting in and out of here is a bit hairy.

An older strip mall in a very congested area. The crown jewel is the newly expanded and remodeled Westgate Branch of the Ann Arbor District Library (including an attached Sweetwaters Coffee). Parking is always a chore, not to mentioned during the holidays. Its a typical mall setting with TJMaxx, Staples and Rite Aide as anchors.

Very friendly staff. Wait was way less than expected . However thats where the positive aspect of my Zingermans experience ended. The food was mediocre at best , although extremely expensive. The drinks from the bar were even worse . And I almost broke a tooth on the bread they brought as an appetizer. Will not be returning.

Just moved into the area and very excited about restaurants of this caliber to visit and enjoy farm to table meals. Excellent wine list and an amazing cocktail list. Chef gets it and his food flavors blend so nicely.

Great selection of stores: Nicolas books is a really great new bookstore, TJ Maxx always has a great selection of home good items, and they just opened a new library in the building.

This has lots of good stores with a mix of locally owned and chains. Its extremely crowded with difficulty exiting the center. It could use some restructuring for traffic flow.
