We drove to Jeffersonville 35 miles out of our way when we could have easily gone to the new Columbus Tanger mall because they tend to have better deals. It was not crowded at all and made shopping a little more easy with 3 kids on the tax free weekend. I found every thing I needed for back to school, and then some. One complaint was the Converse store register crashed and I was unable to get my receipt. I waited 15 minutes only to be told I wouldnt be able to retrieve it today. I just hope I dont need to return anything! I also appreciated the presence of extra police from the Sherriffs department patrolling the area and parking lot. Guest services could have had an extra person helping out, but I got out in 15 minutes. Liked that they were open late tonight to accommodate shoppers. One tiny little peeve: I just wish there were more bathrooms! I have 3 kids and there always comes a point when one (or all) needs to go potty, and the search is on for the nearest bathroom! Any way to alleviate that? All in all, good experience.

Shopper Services was great in preparing to receive my group of 26 guests + driver with only about three hours notice. They also generously gave us two meal vouchers and two gift cards, one each for the driver and the guide. Unfortunately, the cashier at Charlies (one of only three restaurants on-site) initially refused to honor the meal voucher, and we had to ask her to look more carefully. Her manager then came out and made it ok. Then, when the guide tried to use the gift card at a store, the cashier there said that the card would not work there. Fortunately, this was soon after the lunch experience, so the guide knew not to believe the cashiers when they say "no" to Shopper Services gifts. The cashier agreed to try ringing up with the gift card, and it worked, as expected. It might be good for Shopper Services to have a meeting with tenants managers every once in a while to let them know what benefits visiting groups get so that no visitors are confused by being given a gift and then being told that the gift is invalid.

I only had 1 disappointment during my visit to Tanger Outlet in Jeffersonville. I stopped by the Customer Service office to obtain coupons for my shopping experiences. While there, a young family (with two small children) were dealing with a problem/situation/request. When the customer service rep completed the discussion she presented the young man with 1 piece of chocolate for the family (with remind you -- 2 children). Being a mother of 3 and grandmother of 8, I knew immediately this was going to be a problem for the young mother and father. I quickly asked the customer representative for "MY" piece of chocolate, and handed it off to the family so each child would have the pleasure of candy. PLEASE -- if candy is to be given for stopping by the customer service office, be sure to acknowledge all children by giving the parents a piece for each child present. THANKS!!

I end up stopping by here at the least once a week. I go into American eagle every time and I think that my closet space is pretty much taken up with AE clothing and accessories which I love! I can also never bypass hot topic I always chit chat with an employee that works there she is very helpful and super friendly. This mall is a very nice place to browse around and take a little breather from all the everyday stress that a person deals with day to day. Other than that they only thing this place lacks is a Victorias Secret and Pink store I think that those stores would pull in even more people because who wouldnt want to be able to swing in and be able to buy their favorite body spray and a nice new bra and pantie set before a hott date or out with your husband. Lol

I didnt find the prices to be much less expensive than in department stores but at least there is a good variety. The clearance prices can be very good however, but these are usually at the end of a season. There is only one food place now and it is a Chinese place. Wish there were some other places in the mall where you can eat. There are restaurants outside the mall but is inconvenient to go get your car and then to have to find a parking spot. The roads around the mall are under construction and it is a complete mess. Hard to get in and out of the mall and traffic is unreal, especially on the weekend. Makes it almost impossible to get in and out of the restaurants outside the mall.

My two adult daughters and I go shopping at the Jeffersonville outlets every year. We usually would go the weekend before Thanksgiving, but due to college commitments, we decided to go after Christmas during the first week in January. We liked the prices better than before Christmas, and found some great deals on sweaters, coats and jackets at several stores. My only complaint are the coupons. You have to spend $75-$100 to get just 10%-20% off; And coupon can only be used on certain merchandise in some stores. Overall for the deals we got, we were happy. We always stop at Rocky Mountain chocolate factory at the end of our trip. Hope weather is good next year!

Very Good Experiance at Nike, They give military discounts Woot Woot! and Bath and Body peole very customer service oriented. Motherhood has great sales, Maurices has alot of neat discounts, Charlotte Rue very budget concious, worth the drive SKIP THE UNIFORM STORE , THE LADY FOLLOWED US THRU THE STORE , WE WERE RACIALLY PROFILED. I was with a few friends different races and nationality. The lady in the store didnt follow anyone around except us, we had already spent several hundreds of dollars before we got there, we were lugging around bags, i guess she couldnt recognize shoppers when she saw them. I wont go back there

I enjoy shopping at Tanger Outlets in Jeffersonville Ohio. Shoppers services is friendly and helpful. Clean and a good variety of stores. The only draw back is when I receive a special coupon and attempt to use my tanger coupon at a participating store. If that store is having a particular sale that is equal to my coupon then I am not able to use the coupon. I would think since it would be a tanger coupon and not the brand coupon I would still be able to use it. This happens at several participating stores. Many of my tanger coupons do not get used because of this. However overall I do find some great deals!

The prices at this outlet are not "outlet" prices. Every store we went into was over priced. We live in SW Missouri, and the Branson Outlet Mall is ALWAYS busy. The difference I see is they have lower prices, may be why Jeffersonville was a ghost town. Tell your vendors just because you are out in the middle of nowhere, doesnt mean you need to hike up your prices to compensate for the lack of customers. If we wanted to pay those kind of prices we would have stopped at either of the malls we passed on our way out there. On a positive note the facility itself was nice.

Going to the outlet is always a fun way to spend the day with family and friends. We went the weekend before last and had a great time and saved a ton of money. The most important part, we were able to find our 12 year old grandsons size; he is largerer than a boys 18, however, smaller than mens 30. His size, mens 28-29 is very hard or non existant in traditional stores. We are so glad Tanger Outlets Jeffersonville is not far from us, and provided exactly what we needed; and its an extra bonus the facility is always kept clean and there is always a deal to be had.
