Took our kids to see santa a week before Christmas. We walk up and Santa is basically a sleep. There was no line , so we walk over to Santa, and my kids were very excited. The kids sit down on Santas lap, and literally are done in 10 seconds . Santa doesnt speak to my kids, act excited, or even look like he wants to be there. We purchase a picture package because we drove 45 min to see santa. My kids asked me what was wrong with Santa? As we were walking out. I said what do you mean? They said santa didnt talk, and he looked mad. I had to lie to my kids and tell them he was tired, and resting for Christmas. It broke my heart. What happened to the excitement , and the joy of speaking with Santa on Christmas? I called the mall to explain my situation and to tell them what had happened. And I get, you more then welcome to come back and spend more time with Santa on any day!?!?! Are you kidding me, we will never step foot in that mall again , especially to see santa. This was a sad day, and it just goes to show you what our world is coming to. Dont waste your time on the Santa stop at this mall!

Needs more stores. Should have had Dicks Sporting Goods connected, rather than made where customers have to leave the mall, walk outside to enter. And they need to bring back the dollar theater. Ever since the dollar theater was removed, the Hollywood Cinema has jacked up their prices to outrageous costs. And for what?...to sit in front of a screen to watch a movie? I can do that at home. The Dollar Theater allowed for a "treat" for the family without busting the bank.

I have been to the Lakeshore mall three times and two of which i was harassed by a security guard. The first time he cussed me out for standing by the door and the second time i parked slightly crooked in the back of the parking lot and he banged on my window and told me to get off the property or Id be towed. Something needs to be done with this security guard. i do not feel safe returning with my kids because im afraid of being harassed again.

This review is not directed toward the mall but rather the security company that manages security at the mall, Allied Barton harassed me as I was leaving the mall for the way I was walking and supposedly looking at them. I had just purchased $250 worth of goods at the belk store to be cussed out when walking to my car for no joke no reason. Definitely the craziest thing that is ever happened to me.

Dislike that Belk is separated into two store fronts. Womens and Childrens departments are not together which as a Mama is inconvenient. On the positive side, you can always find upfront close parking at this mall. Even at and around big holidays! Come here if you can for your shopping needs around Christmas time and youll avoid all the traffic and hustle/bustle.

I love the mall! I remember when it was half the size. I dont see where the complaints are coming from. Some people just dont know how it has improved over the many years in it has been there. Bigger malls arent that far away. And they have more crime.

This mall is slowly sliding into oblivion...no food court, limited stores, traffic flow broken up by stores seperating..to get to different sections of Belks you have to leave the store, walk through the mall to get to another section.

Worst excuse for a mall, ever! Roof leaks, parking lot is badly in need of repaving, half the retail spaces are empty and employees cant even get in to get ready to open before 8 am...if they are leaving luck! And NO food court at all!!

Mall has actually improved a lot over the years. From what I used to be. Ok selection of shopping. Would be nice to have more stores. Good local mall to get away from the crowded list of cities. And still get most of what you need.

This mall has done something strange by putting Dicks sporting goods in the middle of the mall but no connecting doorways there by splitting sears from the rest of the mall and they got rid of the food court…

The mall is rather small, yet is in two separate buildings. Found this very inconvenient. No nice restaurants on the property and very few food options. Sales people are all quite friendly though.

This is a really small mall compared to The Mall of Ga, But on the upside its not as crowded. It really kinda died at this mall once the got rid of the food court and the movie theater.

Did a great bit of my shopping at the mall, we also catch a movie Basically no service. Had to physically walk up to wait staff several times to even get water. Eggs are good though

Pretty pitiful mall. Its just a series of big department store chains, and theres only even four of those! Books-a-Million is the only place worth checking out.

This is a smaller scene mall but a good place close by to do some quick shopping, movie or grab a bite without the huge mall crowd.

Not much in the mall anymore. Would rather go to Buford. Food choices are slim. And since the walk through was taken out it sucks
