Wonderfully quiet safe and beautiful alternative to the gang and thug ridden mall of Toledo with a new age outdoor mall setup. Stores are not terribly varied though and there is still plenty of room for additional development on the property and its within close proximity to another upscale outdoor mall that serves neighboring Wood County/Bowling Green and Toledo suburb Perrysburg - called The Town Center at Levis Commons, but its still worth the drive outside the city of Toledo for shopping, dining, movies and quiet relaxation as well.

Great staffing and always eager to help! If your in the mall with kids, this (along with feeding the fish) is one of the absolute must stop off places. Ive found they also have a few hard to find educational items that I couldnt find anywhere else - even online! Simply one of the most beautiful malls anywhere!! Amazing home town feel, stores you can actually shop in for real items you might use or wear, fantastic movie theaters with the most state of the art tech - and all of it nearly brand new!!

Basic outdoor mall built ten years ago. Several stores of general interest, including Dillards and Barnes and Noble. Also a Rave Cinema and JC Pennys. Two restaurants on outskirts worth visiting, PF Chang and Granite City. No big box stores. No gas stations nearby. Red Robin, Subway and Auntie Annes in mall main drive. This mall is attractive and not overly busy, but seems never to have established its own identity among Toledo shopping areas. Lost its Starbucks nearly five years ago.

My wife and I stopped out for a walk one Sunday. It was nice and warm out so the walk was enjoyable and checking out the water was fun. I feel like there could be some sort of better selection of shops though. I wasnt overly impressed with the selection but I also dont know more of what would be desirable there. A lot of the stores feel closed off from the sidewalk so perhaps a better connection from the sidewalk to the stores would draw more people inside the stores.

The mall is very beautiful. kuddos to the landscaping team. The outdoor space makes it fun just to walk around and enjoy. It is great to have The Walking Shoe Company, Dillards and Pennys so close to home. The theater and restaurants are great. I would love to see the surrounding land used to build a gym, gas station and convenience store. This mall is such a wonderful asset to the community.

The atmosphere is fantastic. A good option for going on a date. Theres plenty of outdoor activities and space with trees and grass, a large pond to feed wildlife. Entertainment for all age groups. After sunset a fire is lit in an outdoor seating area. Overall a great place to spend an evening with tons of classy dining options.

Our teenagers love American Eagle, Aeropostale and forever 21. I prefer shopping at Dillards and JCPenny then off to lunch great places like Granite City or Subway. Movie theater has good discounts days and the latest movies we love! All around great day and peaceful atmosphere to enjoy sitting near ponds watching the ducks.

A wide variety of stores and restaurants available. Beautiful to walk around. They have a fire pit to enjoy. They also have many outdoor games perfect for kids and adults including checkers, chess, and a sandbox with toys. Enjoy a walk around the pond or go see a movie. This is the perfect stop for a relaxing evening

Love going to the movies. This location is convenient for all. The stores are great. And the atmosphere is fantastic. For all types of activities from holidays to healthy activities. Restaurants to explore and share with your family and friends even with colleagues after a long week of work.

We loved the Barnes and Noble here. Very organized and there is a wonderful childrens section. Wish they did not have toys out so my children would be focusing on the books we went to get, but besides that .. wonderful book selection, helpful and kind staff, and was super clean :)

I dont really shop here because of how far it is from my house. There are many stores good places to relax around a man made pond. Very clean also. The best part of fallen timbers is the movie theatre. Most comfortable seats in town. That is why i go to Fallen Timbers.

The stores are great and service I receive at the stores are wonderful. I would give 5 stars for the mall, and 1 star for Red Robin. Red Robin, however, provided a poor experience. Food was overcooked and took an hour for meals to be delivered. Not a good experience.

An assortment of modern, up-to-date stores, a Dillards, & a nice theater, but I have to admit that theres something about shopping structures built to mimic traditional downtown areas that I find off-putting. Theyre like Disneyland without all the happiness baggage.

Good selection of stores and restaurants. Kids love going here because of the sandbox, cornhole, giant checkers and chess sets, and koi fish. Husbands love going here because they have a beautiful area to sit and wait for their wives to shop, plus free WiFi!

Nice quiet outdoor mall tucked away in Maumee. JCPenny, Charming Charlie, Great American cookie, Movies, restaurants. Good for a date night, fire pit area! Or even family day (nice kids area by Granite city) or just Saturday morning shopping :-) :-) :-)

This is an extremely cute center to shop at and relax outside. Theres a movie theater to bookstore to a brewery. The shops here are decently priced but all chain stores. They have a koi pond, outside chess board, and a fire pit. All around great place.

Definitely the newest and nicest shopping destination in all of Toledo metro. Good selection of stores. Good restaurants. Businesses are still moving in, but a good selection none the less. Extremely clean and beautiful grounds.

There are very handicapped parking spaces, very few of the stores have handicapped doors and a lot of the stores doors are not wheelchair accessible. My doctors office is there and his office is completely handicapped accessible.

There isnt as much variety as Levis Commons but there are great shops, good food and a clean, family-friendly environment. Unlike Levis Commons there is a play and picnic area including a fire pit for the cool evenings.

Very pretty shopping center with a great movie theater and a quaint park (no playground). Mens warehouse, Victorias secret, Barnes and Noble, and jcpenny surrounded by a hodgepodge of little shops.

Nice atmosphere with plenty of things to do. Connection to the new bike route makes it convenient and fun to ride in and walk around, maybe grab a bite to eat and relax out by the fountain!
