I love Tuttle mall! Its amazing. I love to shop there. But today I had a bad experience with the new dip n dots worker. Im not sure what his name is, but he has long hair and his ears a pierced. He called 4 little girls rude and constantly rolled his eyes at them. The girls seemed around eleven or twelve. Then he tried to talk me out of ordering my favorite flavor and gave me his opinion that I didnt ask for. I love the flavor I get and I dont care about all the reasons he doesnt like it. Sorry for the rant about one worker at one store, but I just believe that my voice should be heard. But other than that, its a great mall and Ive been shopping there since I was a kid. Theres a play area for children and a food court with a variety of good food. There are many great stores and most of the workers are amazing. I would recommended this mall as a place to shop and have fun.

Malls As A Concept Outdated: pretty much the same 50 major corporations selling the same regurgitated merchandise in variety, styles, marketed forced fashion looks yet apparel sizing has become more and more deformed and irregular to accommodate the largely obese population. Markups disguised as sales not legitimate, limited sizing for feminine male body types in androgynous apparel, concept of bathrooms need major overhaul to accommodate gender neutral persons (all bathrooms should be 1 space sectioned off areas so anyone can use them), no job growth/opportunities ( everything is slave wages / non-livable wages ), etc. Persons with high critical thinking skills simply are excluded from societys rotating door dribble retailing tactics because you motivate us not to spend the FIAT currency we all carry in our pockets.

Snow removal in lots not on par with other similarly sized local establishments; mall was not crowded 48 hours after mild snow event, but since lot was not plowed, parking unavailable. My 4x4 couldve handled the depth of the snow where it was not plowed but since they HAD plowed the service roads, there were huge piles of snow blocking access to the lot itself! In 30+ years of living in this large city, I have watched many large malls die. Tuttle will be doomed to repeat the past if they dont make the place attractive to customers outside the obvious shop-til-you-drop holiday season. The mall houses "upscale" department stores, so its hard to understand how the lot could be in such condition whereas nearby Wal-Mart had been cleared in a manner to allow parking.

Its a pretty stock and standard mall. Clean as a whistle, reasonable food court, and none of the kiosks have that back alley vendor vibe I expect in malls. The crowd here is upper middle class suburban and its got an indoor play area that seems really popular. There arent a lot of shops here for people who arent after the usual popular clothing stores. Forever 21, American Eagle, A&F, etc. The FYE is in a sad state, theres a used game store that has some neat collectors stuff on display, and unless its closed theres a boutique pet store that seems to be trying their best. I liked this mall a lot more when it still had a bookstore and FYE was more than a place to get weird consumer tat like a snuggy with minions on it.

Great mall! Has plenty of stores with different items, you cant go wrong shopping here. Lots of food choices, there is a food court with wide variety of foods as well as a candy store, menchies fro-yo, godiva chocolate. They have plenty of jewellery shops for those of you theyre looking for real diamonds and her jewelry for that special someone, theres also the trendy jewelry stores, your typical chain stores- sears, macys, pennys, there are too many stores to list. The mall is on the clean side of retail that I have seen, with the exception of the restrooms, they are always nasty, I suggest going into in the chain store restrooms and avoid Mall restrooms by the food court.

This mall is AWESOME! Its huge ! (two levels) It has A ton of stores ! Macys (two of them!!) kids stores, (Build -a- bear!! ) plus size stores, food options(Dip and Dots, Red Robin,Panera) The play area is big and planet/space theme. ( so cute and carpeted and place for parents to sit) nice layout too ! Has two super cute GLASS elevators in the middle, also escalators too get you from each level. I serously, Cant think of anything I didnt like about this mall. Its kinda the epitome of what a mall was in its hay day (80s/90s ) BUT still going STRONG IN this moderen times ! Honestly, It reminds me of the mall in the movie "Mall Cop" I hope you like it as much as I do !

Tragic management Needed to buy some gift cards from the mall itself for a promotion they pushed. You can only buy them at the management office. I showed up a bit early on a Saturday. The management office is buried in the back behind other stores. With a closed off doorway. The posted hours hasnt been updated. Said nothing about the weekend hours. I was told 10 by maintenance so I waited. At 10 security starts harassing me for standing there waiting. And then treats me like an idiot for not seeing the other posted hours for 11 that was 50 feet away on a poster filled with other useless information. My bad for not reading every poster in the mall.

Very clean and one of the best malls in the Columbus area. They have clean restrooms and an excellent food court with a variety of foods to choose from. They have many different stores that offer something for everyone. This is a very friendly atmosphere and an excellent mall to bring the entire family. They have places to sit and relax while the kids play in a kids play place... They have security that is present which enhances the mall as being safe. The parking is also free. I highly recommend this mall and believe this is in my favorite top three places to go.

The kids area is diverse for fine motor and gross motor skills. There is a area for toddlers and babies, but there isnt much to do in it. The most problematic thing I saw about the kids area is at the older preschoolers and Elementary school-age children wanted to run around and jump, and were coming into the baby area a lot. It was on us as the parents of the small babies to remind the children to get out and to be careful. It takes a village and maybe the bigger kids need an area to burn off steam as well.

Mall has a great play area for children, as of 2015 it was a space area with a big space ship. There are a good bit of stores and the anchor stores are in place as well. The mall does have some "emptiness" to it, compared to what is used to be, but all in all its not a bad place to shop. They do offer wifi so make sure you take advantage of the free wifi! The food court used to be better, there seems to be some turn over on the north side of the court, but there is sbarro and subway.

This mall has got to be on its last leg! Stores are leaving. There are a lot of empty spots. Random looking pop up stores, very haphazard merchant selection. Those center aisle, annoying vendors that pester you with samples and beg you to come see their carts are more abundant than the regular shops. The food court is hideous with only two recognizable eateries. The others seemed better to avoid. This place is a Northland, Westland, City Center repeat for sure, which is unfortunate.
