Ive lived here all my life and cant imagine an Athens without the Georgia Square Mall. I love to visit and see the new upgrades theyve added inside the mall. Its cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. Its a much better experience then the new strip malls theyre building these days. Driving from one store to another wears my wife and I out. Its always clean and the staff are friendly. The security officers are also friendly and easy to approach. I also enjoy watching the events that are held inside the mall while Im waiting on my wife to finish her shopping. This is home to locals and the UGA student family alike. I really love this mall and think you will too.

Georgia Square Mall isnt a bad place but it is a dying out shopping center. I think within the time of 3 years Ive seen a lot of stores close or move out. However, what is there is still good that when the holidays roll around its convenient to walk to and from each rather than fighting traffic. Also the cheap $3 theater that was nearby has closed, very disappointing.

Georgia Square Mall. This mall is a nice place to spend a few hours. The shops are eclectic with great price ranges for every budget. JC pennys should be a stop for every customer as they are an American icon. One will also find a excellent selection of fine silver jewelry and many choices in extremely colorful urban Atlanta style attire. The Georgia Square Mall.

This mall reminder me of the one they use to have in Augusta before they remodeled so that it drew more customers, this one needs the same thing to be remodeled they need to visit Augusta and see what they did to save that mall I travel to Atlanta lime everyone else rather than shop here they dont have no wide selection of anything here.

When I was younger this place was great but every time I try it again there are always very young teens hanging out in corners, making out everywhere and some people just show no courtesy. Also, I feel as if the shops that are coming in and lingering are the cheap ones that make this place look like it has less value.

Ive lived across from this mall my entire life even year it gets worse barely any more good stores left only reason it has two stars is for the decent fodder in the food Cort and I tend to visit jcpeenys from time to time. A better choice would be the mall of ga or sugarloaf mills about 45mins-1 hour away from this one

There is (no) good shopping here??? Unless you want to dress like an old White man? Theres no variety there for young people??? This mall has went down if you ask me. And I know what Im talking about, because Im from Athens... I only buy shoes in this mall,,, sometimes? I dont not recommend going here...

Too many clothing stores here. Sears is the only department store that carries tools, etc. They need more variety in food and stores. Earthbound, the computer place, Sears are places I go. Once in a while a clothing place or game store, otherwise its pretty much like any other mall.

Not too shabby. Ive been here a few times and it seems like the only stores keeping this mall open are Victorias Secret, Bath and Body works and maybe Rue 21. The whole building could use a make over as well as there should be better food options in the food court.

A great place to buy gifts for the holidays, and pick up a few things for yourself while youre there. Clothes, videogames, tools, etc, and the food court has some pretty good options as well. Definitely not a huge mall, but its well sized for the Athens area.

Im in love with earthbound. The cops on the little mobile gliders is too much, especially with the helmet. My 2 year old and I laughed and laughed, but hey, when youre lazy, youre lazy and I speak from waiting tables until my toes bleed. Cmon man.

Good parking lot easy to find many food options to choose from. Very small but clean not crowdy. One disadvantage is no play ground for children. Only jumping corner and moving electric animal to ride. If you have infant and toddler do not go

Small town mall, major department stores are closing and it has a small selection of stores to choose from. I come from a major city so I could be bias.....sad really, I am sure it was something back in the day when Malls were popular.

Normally awesome but had one incident where a staff member for the mall illegally requested the next time I come in with my service dog he should be vested. According to the ADA he doesnt have to be vested or identified visually.

Fits the city. Dont expect to find Gucci slides here but you could fix up your wardrobe. Filling in the Macys would be useful. Sears court looks plain and needs something. Other than that, the mall isnt too bad. Cool architecture.

The store selection is okay. The Mall is clean. The parking is plentiful but the parking lot is dirty and littered with food containers. I suggest they place trash cans out in the parking lots to cut down on the trash.

Great mall and shopping in the surrounding area. Im typically an online shopper but, i do enjoy this mall. If you head out early on Saturday morning you can avoid parking and traffic nightmares.

Nice place to walk around and look at the stores. And is rarely busy so you dont have to worry about dealing with lines. Good choices on which stores they have. And nice enough to just walk in.

The Athens mall is dying. Not much there anymore, but the big department stores. Oh, and now Macys is closed. Its really a shame. The stores left are just not my kind of merchandise.

Used to love coming here as a teenager in the early 2000s. But, things are slowly on the decline. A lot of shops have closed up and moved. But is still good for a quick visit.

Alot of reducing going on. Seems to me this mall is struggling a bit. They took out 2 of my favorite stores and I havent seen anything else put in after them.

Could use more high end stores and larger food court. My kid lives the train and bouncy house place. They have "drop and shop" service for a fair price.

The biggest mall in Athens, with a few department stores, a great place to go if you want to shop for a few hours, or get a bite to eat at the food court.

In general, malls are appalling places, and this one is a bit dark and grody, but often their cheap stores like rue 21 and rainbow have crazy good sales

Not crowded, even during the holidays. A few decent anchor stores and some basic shops. Food court lacks good options. Seems old and run down.
