Staff looks overworked and the store is generally messy with aisles often cramped with boxes no matter the time of day or night. Many good cashiers but some appear exhausted . The entire store needs updating and its as if this store is being deliberately neglected, I like the produce and the specials are good. I, too, had spoiled milk which still was dated to give me another week. Whats with that??? The exterior and parking lot is often a mess. Seems to me its time for this store to get some well needed attention. I hope when and if they do update, they dont make this store so massive, it takes a moving sidewalk to find items one needs. Some newer Krogers are just impossible to navigate for a single shopping trip.

This Kroger is bad. It has the cheapest food. When I buy produce it is always going bad within a 7 day period or less. The produce isnt fresh. I think they send this Krogers and others in the error the rejects from the distribution center. When I asked a manager about this he claims that people in this area must not buy much fresh produce. I can tell you I wont buy it here. I like my money to go a little further than, use it in a couple days or you have to buy more. I thought it was insulting that they think people in Southfield would not be buying fresh produce.

Its a very busy location thats dated. I do like the healthy/alternative food section in the very front but its a little tricky to get to if you are in line and realize you forgot something - you have to go back to the fron and turn left and snake through once again since its essentially cut off feeling from the rest of the store. Other than that, I can usually find my staples like the smoked mozarella Kroger brand cheese and I do like their healthier food line at Kroger. The meat section is fairly spacious but you have to go to the other end of the store for dairy.

Convenient and self serve is helpful. Almost always a good deal on my staple products fresh fruits and veggies and the Kroger brand is awesome and priced to sell (without price sticker like other stores). I saw miracle whip at a local convenience store the (the regular sized jar) for $8.99! Kroger Miracle whip at Kroger is no more than $4. Consistently!

Its too hard to find Ice Cream in this Krager. Also, this one time I was standing in the self checkout line and this guy had like two items so I waited behind him and was like OK, this is fine, but then he whipped out about nine individual yogurts out his pocket and I had to wait precisely 12 minutes for him to scan each one and pay.

WORST KROGER TO SHOP AT. THE MET DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. THEY NEVER HAVE A GOOD SELECTION OF MEAT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE DESK IS HORRIBLE. EVERYONE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND SEEMS TO BE MAD AT THE WORLD. THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY NASTY. I BOUGHT SOME MILK FROM THERE AND IT WAS BAD. SOME HOW IT TURNED GREEN. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE.

This Kroger is notorious for not having Enfamil Premium Infant in stock when I need it. Maybe alot of people get theres at the same time each month, Im not sure. It seems to me that if there is a higher demand at certain times that you would stock for that. Anyhow, I usually end up disappointed and going to another store.

Outdated, poor selections compared to other locations, the floors are dirty. The owner is more focused on opening a fuel station and the landscaping than the quality of the store. However the staff is really friendly. Dont waste your time or money here unless you dont have a choice.

The staff is really friendly the store isnt kept well at all. Even down to the recycle center being dirty with only one machine working. I really think this store needs a remodel. Both of the Krogers by my home are much nicer. This place is just foul. I dread going to this one.

Compared to other Krogers, this one is awful . Terrible produce selection . Things are never restocked . I definitely would rather make the drive to another Kroger . I was very upset to find out that different krogers have different sales. This Kroger needs to be redone

Most of the staff have nasty attitudes. They dont make you feel welcome at this store at all. I dont do much shopping there anymore pretty much go in to pay my utilities and thats only cause its close to my house. I shop at the kroger on coolige and maple.

Well, I FINALLY found some Parkay in the squeeze bottle at this store, after several weeks of searching at many other grocery stores, INCLUDING other Kroger stores. I was just about convinced that the product had been discontinued (or recalled).

A very new store and very large, customer service has been helpful and friendly, the prices are a little high, I emagine because of the location, it is the only one in the area. It has some resemblance of a Meijers but, on a much smaller scale.

The server was not customer friendly. She was not happy that I did not want the end of the meatloaf. I waited an extra 10 min. for a fresh loaf. She also forgot to give me a corn muffin for both orders. I was not happy with her attitude.

I cant say the store isnt stocked. The staff IS sometimes friendly. Parking seems to always be a hassle. Lines are often long and although its the closest Kroger to me I avoid going there wherever I have the time to go somewhere else.

Go to shop and thats it, if you need help findinf something dont even bother. The way these Kroger employees act is just wrong. The way i see it dont ask them for helo because they are miserable and cant deal with paying customers.

I love kroger always a great price! This particular kroger I like because it was clean and well organized. Produce was well stocked and fresh. Also had a few products that the Kroger closer to my home does not carry. CLEAN + 1

Nasty ass rest room, I thought I was catching disease pissing above the toilet. Kroger management need there ass whoop. So dam nasty I saw a roach with sewer boot on plunging the toilet

Its a nice place to shop fully stocked clean Isles friendly staff theres also a Bank inside the Krogers the shopping center is a little tight for parking but still a good place to come.
