I have a note 4 in excellent condition. I have been up to this store 4 times to get my phone fixed because it keeps restarting and all I was told is that they replaced my battery and my phone is fine. Even though it froze in front of them and restated and crashed in the story they still insisted that it was my fault and my phone is fine when obviously its not working at all

The new guy Ed is very good at what he does. Ive been to a bunch of sprint stores and the employees do not care. Ed however took the extra step and did great on activating my new phone and transferring my information. Thanks again Ed Dead
