I will not be going into another jo-Ann fabrics again, especially the Taylor location after this evenings visit. I was treated so very rudely by one worker in particular (their employees never seem too nice, or helpful after 8pm their in my past shopping experiences there), the one tonight, saying I could not purchase the items I needed, because they closed their registers at 9pm, and it was 9:07. I totally would have understood if the employee had said something nice, and explanatory about their registers all already being counted, and closed down for the night, and i would have apologized for not realizing it was after 9 already, but she did not at all do or say anything like that to me about it. Just was rude, and snotting sounding, with the horrible way she said everything to me. Then right away on their walkie talkies to each other announced to the other employees a customer was in the store, Id hate to kmow what their chit chat was about in the front at that time, where I could not hear them talk any longer. Since I also had over heard multiple workers saying they hated customers who came in at 8:30 and that they would like to strangle them sometimes, I just laughed it off at the time of hearing it because I have closed at jobs of course as well in the past. Now I am guessing it was because other than 2 workers I spoke with about where 2 items were specifically in the store, the others did not know any customers were in the store. I also overheard one asking the other to lock the incoming door, because it was not locked yet. I am so horrified by the type of customer service, and employees they have at the Taylor location that I will not return or give them any more of the tons of money I have already spent in the past their when I can purchase fabric, jewelry products, and all the other products from multiple other stores, and through multiple suppliers/brand companies (whose products they actually sell). No thank you thanks to the taylor location, but thank you the one cranky, just should NOT be working for a co,p employee who made me realize I did not want to shop their any more for any fabrics or products I need asap. Ill go somewhere else from now on. If I could give no stars I honestly would.

I give the store the rating of 2 because it does have everything I needed BUT service is terrible, you wait around forever for help and yes they act put out by having to assist you. The nicest people that are there work in the sewing machine sales, but they dont wait on customers, but they will try to help. I dont think their actually Joann employees. Otherwise good luck advice go somewhere else, I dont go unless absolutely positively necessary! This is 100% straight up truth. Every time Ive gone its a bad experience. P.S. my experience on phone was just as bad when asking if they carried an item asked the type and price and if in Stock dont want them making multiple trips 3 different people they were all very rude like you are wasting their time, um... wake up people your jobs depend on it! Seriously Joanne fabrics retrain or get rid of these employees they are seriously hurting your business you lost another customer I will gladly pay more for good service elsewhere! Goodbye headache!!!

I went there to have my wedding photo custom framed. It took 4 times for them to get it right!!! 1. They forgot to add the matting that I picked and had to charge me more. (Remind you that I already dished out $230). So I had to dish out another $50. 2. When I picked it up, the photo was lifting from the matting. 3. Once the photo was set in there right the matting had some printed words on the matting. 4. Once the new matting was in there, there were pieces of lint and dirt between the glass and the photo. This took about 2~3 weeks of back and forth and finally the photo was acceptable to take home!!! Never get your photos custom framed there. There was no apology for my wasted time of going back and forth. Very disappointing.

The employees at this store are incredibly rude and unfriendly. ONCE you do find someone working on the floor and ask for assistance, because items are locked on the rack, they act very put out and aggravated. The lines to the cashier are always long and then when you do get to the cash register it breaks down. Im thankful there is Michaels, Hobby Lobby (a few doors down) and any place else but here. I had to return a gift, otherwise, I wouldnt shop here. I have worked customer service for years and this is something they are solely lacking. Jo-Ann Fabrics and Craft...Invest in serious customer service training for your employees so as to attract and retain customers!

I walked up to the cutting counter while two coworkers were having a conversation and was ignored for 5 minutes until they were done talking. Then on my way out I was actually blatantly accused by the cashier of trying to steal fabric, because I had my infant daughter with me and with it being winter had a fleece blanket on top of her in her carrier. I had to pull the baby blanket off of my daughter to show her that the seams on the fleece were sewn and not just a piece of fabric. Was not given an apology and will not go back. Thankfully Hobby Lobby is in the same mall.

A really nice location. Had everything I needed as well as what I didnt need but ended up buying. Had asked for assistance with some props I was making for my photography business, the woman knew exactly what I was talking about and found exactly what I was looking for. She then helped me cut all the fabric I was buying and even suggested different colours based on what I was talking about prior (remembering detail, super impressed!)

The Taylor Location was very unfriendly and they seem to be bothered by my presence there ... I am a business owner myself and I have never seen such poor service ... Its sad that I have to even write this review but walked right out of there not purchasing anything and will never go there again... I went next door to Bad Bath and Beyond purchased my curtains there at much higher price but money well spent ...

Store very messy, dirty, only 2 employees viable in whole store and they were cashiers and actually rude. Shelf full of paper plates put up VERY improperly to the point when I took 1 package the whole shelf and ledge fell to the floor, almost on my foot. The male cashier said "Good think for you it wasnt China plates!". Most Joanns have gone down hill but this one is the worst.

No customer service. Its a giant store with tons of items! However, there is usually 1 person at the cutting counter and 1 or 2 registers open. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line to check out. There are no employees to offer help if youre looking for an item, you just have to figure it out yourself. I avoid this Jo-Ann even though its a convenient location.

En ocasiones es ridículo lo que cuesta una yarda de tela común y corriente hasta 50 dnd y no siquiera es de ceremonia pero siempre tienen cupones de algún tipo y puede resultar
