I went to this location twice within a one week span. I was hopeful that my first negative experience was based on the representatives who were working. I was wrong. Both times I went in hoping to purchase a new phone and have some questions about my plan answered. I was treated like I was a burden to the sales staff and not a paying customer. One representative even spent the time scrolling through her own phone while listening to my questions. I will not be returning. Ever.

They dont even deserve a one star but I couldnt publish without it. They are telling people that the only option is the Edge program which is false. They also receive a commission for every Edge program they sell. The employees are deceiving everyone that comes into the store. This is the worst customer service that Ive ever seen. Buyer beware if you do anything with this store.

Went in to activate my moms tablet and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcoming. The store manager Gregory Adams was absolutely wonderful and the associates JaVae Greene and Steven Carroll were pluses. I recommend anyone in the location to come in and get the same awesome service I just received. Im absolutely beyond satisfied!!!!!

The entire team was very patient with my problems and questions. I was treated with respect throughout the process. They helped me update my phone to the iPhone plus as well as changed my plan which will save me $40 per month. I am thankful the location is convenient and dont have to travel far for help. Thanks Verizon.

The manger Gregg was extremely helpful. He took his time to discuss with us our options and what was best for what we needed. We went in multiple times before anything was done and he continued to be cheerful, wonderful and helpful. What a great guy to manage the store.
