Spot Shooter is spot on when it comes to customer service. Brought my 13 yr old son in with a bow passed down from grandpa (too big, too hard to draw and older style) with low hopes of getting it restrung or even adjusted so he could even try to use it (turned away by another shop but they offered to sell us one). 24 hrs later after new strings and adjustments, my boy is grinning from ear to ear because he CAN shoot his grandpas bow! Thank you! Your response aligns with one of our family values..make do with what you have until you cant. Well definitely be back!

Great place with great friendly staff. Gene is the man he was super friendly and helpful on setting me up with a new Excalibur crossbow, even let me try it out before I bought it. Id recommend this place to anyone!!!! Much better than the big chain places like Bass Pro and a better selection and staff!!

I have my bow in the shop now for the second restring (3years apart of course) they are worth the extra drive if you wanna stay away from the big name stores like bass pro. They do good work and they are very helpful. Its a 30 min drive for me and well worth it. Thanks for a great experience.

Poor service had to have my strings replaced somewhere else after spending 200$ and waiting a week kinda disappointed my Peep was all over the place And wouldnt sit still and serving separated after a week called and left three messages never heard back wont have my business anymore

I took my bow in at noon today, they called me at 3:15 and said it will be ready by 3:30. These guys kicked it out quick for a guy in need. They custom make all strings and buss cables. So Im going to say that they can probably string any bow you have.

Got here at noon on Sunday when they were supposed to be open and theres nobody here waited for 20 minutes and there was still nobody there,there were 3 different cars out front waiting for them to open...piss poor way to do business the way I see it

I went in tonight with an older bow built for a guy. The owner helped me in more ways then one. I even got an upgraded bow and left him my old for someone in need. I want to say thank you for making my night. I can not wait to be out shooting.
