I came into the bike shop today to purchase a bike for my wife. She is a novice bike rider so we were looking for some guidance on what to purchase for her needs and intended use. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to assist us in finding the perfect bike. Not only was he patient and helpful but took extra time to explain all the features and make sure the bike was perfectly adjusted. We were so happy with the service and products we ended up buying a new bike for me as well. We left with two bikes fully assembled and ready to ride. I highly recommend Vincere Cycles.

Matt the owner is a great guy and mechanic, he also understands the obsessive compulsive nature of dedicated bikers. He is a very honest guy and always does the right thing. He built a set of custom MTB wheels for me that were awesome and he stands behind his work. I think this is the first real bike shop that knows how to fix and maintain bikes that we have had in Milford; so please support it so they stay. Adam G.

I was 26 miles away from home on a Sunday morning ride when my spoke broke and rim warped. I was given a ride by a friendly neighbor to Vincere Cycles. Thirty minutes before the store opened, the owner arrived, and had me back on the road about 20 minutes later! Great service and a friendly staff. Im going back to get yet another broken spoke fixed later today!

I really like this shop and the owner. It isnt some big fancy place but do you really need that. Matt is honestly and fair with all his prices and is a great mechanic. He isnt the type of guy to up-sell you to make some extra cash. Honestly, I think I take my bike in to fix stuff that isnt really an issue just because Matt is so cool.

Dropped off my wifes bike for a routine tune up, and brake cable replacement. I was told by Matt it would be done the following Tuesday. Fast forward three weeks...I stopped in to pickup the bike, and it hadnt been touched. Disappointed to say the least.
