My wedding was a couple of days ago and I couldnt wait to get on here to give Picket Fence a great review. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and perfect for my wedding day. The styles of bouquets were fresh and modern looking (no 1990s prom-looking bouquets there) and the colours were stunning. The workmanship in the bouquets and boutonnieres was impeccable. I had a white hydrangea bouquet with bright pink roses accented with some pretty green leaves around the edge and I have never seen another wedding bouquet that was so stunning and fresh/modern, yet still classical and timeless. I couldnt have been happier with it; it exceeded all expectations. My bridesmaids bouquets were also amazing; white roses with white hydrangeas and just the right amount of green accents sprinkled throughout. I would highly recommend Picket Fence for a wedding or any other important occasion. I also have to say that the wedding consultation was so helpful - they have helpful (and candid) recommendations and suggestions so listen to them for a perfect outcome! - and the customer service whenever we called was friendly and helpful. Again, highly recommended. Thank you!

Sarah and her team are AMAZING. I planned my wedding from Denver, and I had vision... and then that vision changed a few times. Sarah was extremely patient with following along with all of my ideas. She is extremely enthusiastic and creative and willing to go the extra mile. Every time I met with her I left so excited for the big day, I truly loved working with her to bring my dreams to life. Our wedding ended up looking so dreamy, and I got a lot of compliments on the floral details. I could not be happier with the work Picket Fence did especially at the cost! Picket Fence saved my day!! I went to a floral website and couldnt find what I wanted. I called and the girls there are super helpful!! I ordered the flowers over the phone with Sarah and she helped me get exactly what I wanted. Had a last minute need for a birthday I had forgot about and they were able to deliver that day! Went to visit my friend and the flowers came and they were gorgeous!! The delivery driver was very nice and I was so impressed!! I am calling them for all my floral needs! Cant wait until my daughters wedding I will definitely be calling them.

Picket Fence Floral and Design made my wedding more beautiful than I could have ever expected! The flowers were absolutley gorgeous, she charged EXACTLY what was quoted, and I just couldnt ask for better service! The ladies there are so wonderful, they want their customers to be fully satisfied and do everything they can to make sure that YOUR wedding flowers are spectacular! I needed flowers sent for a funeral and had very specific needs and details that needed to be met and I was blown away at the time and attention they gave to me and every detail I asked for, They went above and beyond. They didnt follow my simple instructions for delivery, and almost didnt deliver the flowers. On top of that they charged me twice for one bouquet and delivery. When it was brought respectfully to their attention, they reacted defensively and rudely. They eventually reversed the 2nd bouquet charge but refused to take back the second delivery charge, only reversing that after arguing with me for 5 min on the phone. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Sent flowers to family and they showed up looking nothing like the pictures online and were less than half the size. They claimed the pictures were photoshopped and thats not what the actual flowers looked like. Basically telling me you dont know what your going to get because the pictures arent real. "Satisfaction guaranteed" was no where to be found.

Picket Fence does an AMAZING job! When ordering online, I always choose "Deal of the Day" and leave it up to the designer. Its always a gorgeous arrangement that looks far more expensive than what I paid. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

This is the best florist in town. They do a great job on weddings and also for your daily floral needs. Their arrangements last a long time and they have some different ideas in arrangements. Their store also has a lot of great gift merchandise also.
