I recently purchased some flowers from this shop for a special little girl at Riley Hospital. I looked online first but didnt really see the "perfect" arrangement. I called the store and spoke with a wonderful staff member (who was actually filling in for another employee) and she took excellent care of me. I gave her a price limit, told her that I was looking for something "bright and cheery" and that i needed it delivered that day (which was very short notice) and I couldnt give a room number yet since she hadnt been assigned one. Without hesitation, all of my requests were met. They even sent me a picture of the finished arrangement before it was out for delivery. It was perfect, just like the little girl it was being sent to. I couldnt have asked for better service and consideration. The flowers arrived within a few hours of my calling and they made it to her even without a room number. Thank you for being so quick and precise!

This review is in response to the phone call I received from Terry on Friday. I preferred to respond via email, but could not locate an email address on your website. If you are thinking that we thought the height of the easel contributed to the floral arrangement, you are grossly mistaken. Yes, the easel was probably 5 feet tall and probably cost $2 made in China. The floral arrangement for my sisters funeral in the words of my wife was "pathetic" for the price paid. And what made it worse was the fact the banner which said "Loving Sister" was poorly displayed. We had to re-arrange it so that passers by could actually read it. I am going to estimate the diameter of the arrangement was 15-18" and no more. My wife was not even impressed with the flowers.

My wedding was the biggest day of my life and Terri at Flowers on the Square was part of making it a dream come true. Terri worked with my budget and made sure I got the look that I pictured. It was me! I had some unique requests and she was able to make them happen. This is a small shop with personal service but what they did for my wedding was huge! They were creative and so helpful. I was a little nervous about everything being perfect for my big day and they were very patient in answering all my questions as were went through the process.

Flowers on the Square did my wedding flowers. They were perfect in every way! I sent some of the center pieces home with guests and they were still beautiful over a week later! Terri the owner spent a good amount of time with me to make my day more beautiful then even imaginable. I would recommend them to anyone! I have also ordered several arrangements for funerals and gifts and they have all been equally beautiful and delivered without fail. The arrangements are very unique not the generic stuff you see at other flower shops!

I just had my wedding on Friday and I hired Flowers on the Square to put together my bouquets. When I got there two days before the wedding to pick up the flowers I walked in and was floored by how gorgeous they were. White and green and full of texture, simply beautiful. I cannot wait to post photos I get from the photographer. I could not have asked for a better bridal bouquet and more friendly service. They are great and I would recommend this place to everyone. They do great.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement for my 60th birthday from Flowers on the Square. My friend from Boston had it sent to me. It arrived on Monday . . . five days later it is still lovely with a very nice variety of flowers. I called to ask some questions about an event I am planning. The owner didnt even let me finish speaking with her, she interrupted me to tell me no. I dont have a problem with the negative reply, I have an issue with the rudeness of the person I spoke with. Never interrupt your customers! I will never visit this florist from the single phone call I placed.

They were recommended to me by the staff at the Marriott Hotel. I have used them several times for downtown deliveries, and have always been very pleased with service, quality and value. They even delivered one for me within two hours for a birthday that was forgotten until around noon.
