My daughter received some flowers as a present from her grandmother from this florist. The overall experience was poor--the flowers were delivered to our neighbors house instead of our house and the roses were in really bad shape--most of the roses had damaged edges or sides, I was really shocked by how poorly the arrangement looked (which cost over $130) I also learned from my in-law that she was supposed to receive 2 balloons and only one was sent. I am truly disappointed by the poor quality of the flowers--will not use this florist in the future.

Bad product and bad service. Ordered an $80 arrangement for Valentines Day. The card had all names misspelled and was labeled with her businesss name (misspelled also) vs. her name?!? The arrangement really did not resemble the picture. It looked like it had 10 flowers vs. 15 in the picture. I was told there are probably more that havent bloomed yet. Why would i want an arrangement with only 2/3rd of the flowers bloomed on delivery? Everyone has bad service sometimes, but based on the errors made, I would look elsewhere for flowers.

When calling to an unknown business from out of state, there is always a little hesitation. But my experience in doing business with Union Street was wonderful. They took my order without problems and delivered the product on time. Kirsten was friendly and easy to deal with. I will use their services again.

I ordered my wedding flowers through Union Street. I was extremely happy with all of the wedding flowers! Every piece was BEAUTIFUL. The flowers were delivered promptly to the venue on the day of my wedding. In addition the staff was very helpful. I will definitely use them any time I need flowers!
